I have two secret santa's and i need to get them a gift, there's also a price limit on what the class had decided. o.k i got one who's gothic and his amount is $5 to $7.50 then the other one is a skater boy and his limit is $10, PLEASE help me, I'm the assitant teacher of the class and i'm not that much older than them. I am kind of obliged to buy a gift for my grandfather for Christmas (He gives me something every year, even though I don't see him much.) He's not really a "traditional" sort, so he is extra hard to shop for. Plus, I don't make much money, so I can't spend more than about $15 on a gift for him (I've budgeted myself, I can spend up to $15 on a gift for everyone on my list.)
A few years ago I gave him a nice pen and ink drawing of mine, one of my best in fact, but he never even hung it up, so I don't think handmade gifts are really his thing either. All he likes are guns, cigars and singing Mariachi music (I don't think he knows how to read music, he just knows how to play it. I also don't think he owns a music player of any sort.)

What can I get for this man??

I am a divorced hardworking mother of four who is in a finacial bind this year for Christmas.I just don't know what to do! I do work full time and also clean on the side. Our apt. was broken into when we moved after losing our house this past year.When we were robbed they took alot of personall affects as well as the Christmas gifts I had managed to buy so far. I don't have anything to sell or pawn. I've already tried reaching out to programs that help families during the holidays and that has been hard because their aren't many in our area.There are more families than donations to go around where we live. Our church cannot help us either because they are in the process of building a new church and they just don't have the funds. No, this isn't even my computer that I'm using. I'm forced to use a friends to get on the internet. We don't have any luxeries like cable or the internet. We are scraping by.I don't get any child support and their dad is over $42,000.00 behind. Any advice?

For Christmas, I'm giving my 20 year old boyfriend of 4 months a scarf (that I knitted myself and is something that he's been looking for) and handmade sweet, romantic "coupons" from myself (ex: kiss, dinner for two, etc.).

My questions are: Is this something a a guy would like? Should I get him a little something else? And if yes, any ideas?
