Never. Here's why:
Imagine the typical 8th Grade class. The class consists of 32 individuals. Within that small group are several informal factions (nerds; jocks; eggheads; teacher's pets; pre-gangsters; the class smart aleck; Black Panther kittens; cheerleader wannabes), some of whom hate each other for no other reason than they exist and breathe air.
Everyone reading this will surely acknowledge that this is pretty standard.
If we can't expect a single 8th Grade class to act as if they are one family (which, btw, always have THEIR own splinter groups), how in the world can we ever expect 3.2 billion people to get along?
Human beings can't even get a single household to agree on pizza toppings, and you imagine that it is possible for the whole world (North Korea included!) to act like devoted friends.
It's a nice idea, but it's antithetical to the way people are wired. Take all the centuries you want, it isn't going to happen.
In conclusion, I'd like to say that if there were only two men left on Earth, they'd fight.

This is the predictions for next 230 years. All the islands of the worlds will disappear.

It is not difficult....Indian ethos preached for a universal family -Vasudhika kutumbham. It need emotional integration more than political and physical integration, which is going on. Once the egoes of powerful nations like US, China are checked and shown their place, the world will come together. the technological revolution making the world as one family.

Like Europe??? Huh??? History ought to dispell any amount of dreamlike idealism, especially when it comes to what the European powers have done in the past centuries.
