Guys..DO you really care if the seat is up or down?

Women...are you that naggy about the whole thing?

If I were a Woman, I think I would rather find it up, so I know some guy didn't most likely just get through pi**ing all over it!

So..do you care if it's up or down...and why?

We are having a going away party for a women that I have worked with for about 10 years. I bought her a really nice pair of gold leverback earrings with dangle cross charms on them. I have a pair and love them. So I thought she would to. But while I was having lunch with a friend today, she told me this lady is of the Morman faith. And that mormans do not believe in wearing crosses. I don't want to offend this lady, or give her a gift that she will not wear. I have searched the internet and can not find any thing about this subject. Can some one please tell me if this is true or not. Do Mormans not believe in wearing crosses?
Thank You

Everytime I decide to cook (which is once in a blue moon) my boss asks me to bring her a plate. But she takes a bite and that's it, she wont eat it anymore. I know it does not taste bad, because everyone else likes my cooking. Then again she is one of the pickiest person I've met. So next time I decide on cooking, how do I tell her that I am not bringing her a plate, because she's ungrateful and throws my food to waste. Why does she even bother in asking me for a plate?? I think it's messed up that she does this ALL the time.

why is it that when you get on the elevator and others get on behind you, they expect for you to push the button to the floor where they are getting off on as if they cant push it themselves. there are times when its just me and another person getting on and they'll be like "5th" floor. i know its common courtesy but some people can be so lazy. if they are older than i would do it but not if your fingers work just like mine. just a though.

You know how the malls have Santa Clause available for pictures by the photographers....well the photo packages they have for you to buy are pretty expensive...is it tacky and cheap to have your children pose with Santa and take the picture with your own digital camera or are you required to buy the packages?

I work for a non-profit that is medium sized and having some major finacial difficulties. We are a great organization that needs to grow, but struggling. We have a donor that is willing to match $1,000 donations. So that is wonderful news
Heres my question...
My brother is currently dating very seriously the sister of a major league ball player. I have never met her, or the major league player. They live across the country and are all close with one another. I want to see if my brother would either ask, or put me in touch with the ball player to so that I could ask for atleast the $1000 donation from him. I am pretty sure my brother would feel uncomfortable doing that, but know I could persuade him to do it. My family all presumes that at some point my brother will marry this girl...so if me asking a potential inlaw for a donation is tacky...(and I am not sure it is...I'm a fundraiser...asking is what I do.) It will be a lasting first impression....what would you do?
