I have seen it all the time at the workplace. Women filing sexual harrassment, and it was serious business, but when a guy filed against a female co-worker, management brushed it off and pretty much laughed in his face. What do you think?

Bottom line...there's this boy at my college who is....well...."deformed" (for lack of a better term).....anyway, he's 100% mentally stable...he's not slow or anything...it's just that but his head is really long, his teeth are jagged, and his fingers are mangled...he was born that way.....but he's nice person....but he's just mad rude....he'll push his way through people without saying "excuse me," he reaches over people's food during meal hours, he doesn't hold doors open if you're a couple steps behind him...and I think people don't say anything because they try to be nice to him...but it's mad annoying when he pushes me and takes my napkins without asking...won't hold the elevator door open....little stuff like that...it sounds stupid, but it's mad annoying on a daily basis.....

Recently an Asian lady has come to work in my office. She has brought with her an blue plastic vase/pot with a long curved spout that she keeps in the bathroom near the toilet. If I ever go in after her there is sometimes water on the floor around the toilet. Why?

Why is it that people always feel the need to tell me that tattoos are permanent when I talk about getting one or showing them the one I already have? Do they really think others are so stupid not to realize that they're their for life, because it's starting to insult me a little! I'll also have people express their digsust for tattoos right in front of me as if it's meant to convince me to get it lasered off or something... I mean, I don't go around telling people I hate things about they way THEY look, so why should they?

No matter the nature of the complaint and what's being complained about.

This definition is absurd to me and looks like the reasoning of a bully.

What do you think?

I dont understand why people have to use handicap stalls. There are 8 empty rooms and people have to walk all the way to end of the bathroom to use the handicap one. What if someone handicap needed it? Wouldn't you feel like an a**hole walking out and seeing them wait for it?? GOOD ANSWERS WILL GET TEN POINTS.

Has anyone arbitrarily received a request to chat from someone they didn't know? How did you respond? Why? Didn't mind chatting with this lady who says she's 34 but her "dialog" is very inmature. Can't find anymore info on her. Any Suggestions?

Does our need to express our opinions against such questions and those who ask them negate the level of self service in doing so, since we get points by answering them, or are does it not? Would it be better to just report but otherwise ignore them?

This intrusion is iritating, and I find my self snapping back with answers like, "Nope. Just going to deplete my savings until my family and I are on the street."
Where do you think these questions originate from; a genuine concern, or a need to feel superior?

I've been told a wide range of ideas on paying the officiant, organist and soloist, but I'm not sure what is normal. I live in a mid-sized town in OH and would be having my pastor perform the ceremony, and an organist and soloist from my church, so I wouldn't be hiring professionals. Anyone willing to let me know what they paid would be great. Thanks!

How do I make it very clear in a very nice way that a party I am having is for adults and their kids are not invited this time? I'm afraid that even if I address the envelope to Mr. & Mrs. "smith", they might think the whole family is included because they were included in the past for other events.
