Ok, so where I work the general manager hired his stepdaughter. She's been here for a good 2 months and should be picking things up by now. But all she does is her homework and neglects the work around her. I told her from the very beginning that she could do homework IF and only if she didn't neglect things. Should I say something to the GM? I mean, I've given her plenty of opportunities to catch up and redeem herself, but nada. There was a similiar incident that occurred earlier on where he hired his girlfriends son. This guy was nothing but a waste of time and money, but no one would say anything b/c he was the girlfriends son. Is there a right way to go about doing this, or am I doomed to deal with insufficient work?

I dont smoke it . . . but it doesn't seem all that bad to me. I do harder drugs & DO NOT think any of them should be legalized... Just wondering what you think!

If you see somebody pulling out a checkbook to pay for their items, do you automatically go to another line?

Trust me, I'm relaxed, I don't sweat the small stuff (I know I'm gonna get accused anyways). But do you switch to another line?

If on the stag/hen weekend, the bride/groom kissed someone else with tongue, would you consider that as being unfaithful, or do you think that's just a bit of fun and to be expected?

Hi! I'm from Holland and have just signed up. I work as an assistent manager in a cafe/restaurant in Nijmegen. Dutch customers can be pretty horrible. Since I've lived in England for two years, I've beenunder the impression that British customers are very polite. Or am I wrong?

Get real people are you all that insecure about yourself or how you parent(using the excuse that children are on here) that you have to report ever question that don't fit in with what you belive everyones morals should be...

My friends and neighbour died yesterday leaving behind his wife and two children. He had a brain aneurism and is now on life support waiting for his organs to be donatated. Would it be in poor taste for my husband and I to send a condolence card now, even though he is technically not deceased, or should I wait until he has been taken off life support. I don't know what to do in a situation like this. I am sad to have lost our friend, and sad for his family.

Could I be arrested for racism, or should they be arrested for breaking the etiquette and lacking common sense?

And just in case, I have a gun, thanks for asking.

Well, then i can understand why some of you are so hell bent on collecting points.

Why not just get a job, and buy one on your own?

While enjoying coffee break in college canteen, we friends were discussing current international political topic with some heated arguments and counter-arguments. Suddenly I used a harsh sentence in rather rash way to the girl who was debating against my point. She immediately excused herself from table and left the canteen with her friend. At that moment I thought I was right….but that very night I realized I committed misdemeanor and tried to cell her to apologize….it was off. Now I wish to send her email…..So suggest me a perfect sentence by which she would feel nothing bad about me.

a good friend of mine is getting married at a fancy hotel in new york city. i live in ny so it's not like i'm traveling or anything, but i heard that you're supposed to spend about what they spend on you at the reception, but $350 is a lot of money for me (i'm a secretary) and i'm probably going to spend about $200 on a dress for the occasion.

If your parents saw what you were doing they would kick your a$$. I've never seen cooler kids. You look very stupid and y'all should all be very proud of your ignorance. I feel very proud that you are the future of our country. I can rest easy now that I know how smart you all are.

People are "horrified" and "disgusted" by this cover photo from a parenting magazine (featured in Yahoo News, today) I say it's not the least bit titillating. What do you think?

I am ordering my wedding dress in about 2 days and I absolutely can't make up my mind about which color to choose. It is definitely between those two (white or ivory).

I have a pretty good tan, so I know either one would look okay. Is there that big of a difference between the two colors?

I know it's up to me and not anyone else, but I seriously don't know which to choose.

???
