If you see somebody pulling out a checkbook to pay for their items, do you automatically go to another line?

Trust me, I'm relaxed, I don't sweat the small stuff (I know I'm gonna get accused anyways). But do you switch to another line?

no i dont switch lines but i am a cashier and i hate when people come up with checks...............it goes so slowly and we have to check every thing twice and if some thing goes wrong after words then we are held resposible..and at the end of the night it takes longer to process checks then its to process debit, credit or cash..

No, and people such as I usually have most of the check filled out except for the amount by the time we have waited behind the person with the debit card who can't remember their PIN number or has no money in the bank and the card can't be accepted!

Of course not, writing a check is not necessarily slower. Credit card needs signature too. Cash needs change. It's about 2 second difference.

NOPE! I just wait while my kids raid the candy rack...! They leave happy with lots of candy they end up sharing with the kids on the block and everyone of them are happy and bouncing off the walls when they go home! LOL! ♥

No but checks are becoming an increasingly rare occurance. Fewer & fewer business are accepting them these days. Welcome to the digital age!!!
