She is aware that we have been looking. I let her know about a month ago. I have now offered the position to a new nanny and will need to let the current one go. Reasons for the firing, habitual tardiness that has affected ny husbands schedule to get to work on time. Incidents where she didn't listen to us (ie leaving our 2 year old alone in her car)........... Should I give her a weeks pay out of courtesy? My husband says no since the reasons are because of her actions. Your thoughts.

I'm going out of town in a cple. of months & was thinking about having someone housesit for me so I won't have to board my dog. What's the ettique on this? Should I pay the housesitter or would living in someone's house w/ all the essentials (food, tv, pool, etc) suffice? Just need some advice - never did this b/4.

to a Female.....She thinks your trying to get at her only you could care less your just saying hello..whats up with that? Why so snobby, if all a man is doing is acknowledging your presence in front of him. No big deal, dont want your panties, wont run a game just saying Hello. However, Lesbians have no problem saying hello with an acknowledging nod back. Just an observation. So why is this?

If I see a really overwieght person eating Ice Cream, I'm like shame on you.

If I see an attractive girl or, a moderatly fit person eating ice cream I then get a craving for a lil Butter pecan.

Do you do this? If so do you know why?

P.S. I know this is a politically incorrect question, I don't judge people I'm just explaning a small thought process so save your condemnation/and finger waving for when you happen to walk past our current president one day.

I share an apartment with a friend during the school year.

She NEVER cleaned all last year. I cleaned everything, all the time, by myself.

I asked her to help several times, and she said she'd get around to it, but she never would. It's not like *I* don't have better things to do too, but I refuse to live in filth.

School will be starting soon, and we're going to be sharing this apartment again, so does anyone have any advice so that this doesn't turn into a repeat of last year?

I value her friendship, and I don't want to hurt her feelings, but I'm sick of doing more than my share of the cleaning.

What do you think I should say to her, or do, about this?

How can I stop salesmen, Jehavoh Witnesses, charities from constantly banging on my door? I've tried to be nice about it. I've put up NO SOLICITING signs to no avail. Most of the people didn't even know what "no soliciting" means or that it can apply to them. Not going to the door is no deterent. Our neighborhood is being hit in wave after wave of these people.

I don't understand why parents don't discipline their kids anymore? i see so much where the kid is so bad and the parents just tell their kid stop or please don't do that and the kid doesn't listen and they wonder why the kid is so bad. Spank the kid. why are parents so afraid to spank their kids? I don't agree with abuse, but if the kid deserves it then spank them. I got the spoon to belts, to yard sticks when I was younger and I'm not violant or bad anymore. I learned if i don't behave i'm going to get my A** beat depending on how bad i was. or when kids come home dressed like goths or with their pants to their knees. If i came home looking like that I would have gotten some sense knocked into me because people judge you by the way you dress and if you dress sloppy then people are going to steriotype you wether you fit that sterotype or not.

I'm usually depressed but this morning the stage manager slipped off the apron and dived into the drumkit and I haven't stopped laughing. We'll get a report from the hospital soon. Is it all right to carrying on laughing until then?

and her mother is trying to cach him too ,
they are doing nothing with there lives ,hardly working some time ,no father

I want to have a destination wedding in North Carolina which is 6 hours from my hometown. There would be 2 large beach houses rented out for all the guests to stay in from Thursday to Sunday, with the wedding being on Saturday evening. Do you think a 6 hour drive is asking to much from people for a 4 day weekend in the summer? What if there was a bus rented for those who can't/won't drive? Our guest list includes about 70-75 close family, friends, and kids.

Some waitresses have a saying: "The bigger the titty, the bigger the tip." Ladies have you ever used your ample, God given breasts (emphasis on God given...no need to explain that one) to get extra fries, better seats, head of the line privileges, totals subtracted from a meal bill, torn up traffic tickets, etc?
