Shall I tell you an extremely boring story?
I worked one summer long in a daycare center that was part of a studiocomplex, the children in the center were all children from musicians that had to rehearse or do cd recordings all day.
I think I spent about 50% of the time trying to figure out which kid belonged to which musician and I know for sure that I must have asked a few of them the exact question you posed in your question.
"Wie is jouw papa?"
So my answer is yes.

Well, we are from Indiana USA and people native to Indiana are also known as Hoosiers so yes sometimes in jest I say to my husband, "Hey, Hoosier Daddy!"
Hoosier is pronounced...Who's ur.
It's a joke.

No but I saw a guy say it to the wheel on Wheel of Fortune, Pat Sajak and my husband and I all thought it was wacked.
