Yes, and that should serve as a reminder that when they shake it, those drops go flying and hit the wall, the shower curtain, if the tub is nearby...the magazines - if there is a rack nearby and the little mat that may lie in front of the toilet.
It always took me 10 minutes to do a good cleaning job in the toilet area, until I got married. ..

It sure helps. A good shake is useful to keep any residual urine from dripping into your pants. Think of rolling up a garden hose, there's always some water trickling out the end...
