My husband's boss invited us (and other co-workers) to a college graduation party for his daughter. They want to get together and go in on a gift for her. She'll be teaching high school English in the fall. Any gift ideas?

It's really sickening. It's like it's "cooler" to be mean and nasty than to be a respectful, basically "good" person. What happened to morality and pride in oneself? Are there any good people left out there!?!?

Why is it that very immature and ignorant people feel they have the right to insult people in this forum, but when people call them out, they have the audacity to report you, as if their hands were clean in the first place?? Unfortunately for you, I actually like giving helping people and giving them answers, but don't be rude, juvenile and prejudicial by insulting me.

Please note: It isn't just to say "sorry". That is just ridiculous. If it were that easy, I wouldn't be asking the question.

This girl in my office has breasts that I think may be fake. My only interest in knowing is curiosity. If I ask her if she has fake boobs, will it piss her off and create an awkward work environment?

In a certain culture, why is it rude is decline to eat the food when someone offered the food to them? How could this be? For example, when a person welcoming a guest offers that guest some food and the guest said "no thanks", then it is considered rude. I know that cultures vary in difference. But I don't see why this could be rude.

It is not like it's the guest intention to be disrespect.
