Yesterday I had an interview in a college to be with the academic staff there. Well I wasn't prepared , i only prepared a presentation abt my graduation project then they asked me some basic stuff abt what i studied but i couldn't remember most of them, i think they liked me but i'm not sure if i'll pass, they told me there maybe another chance of having another interview...so maybe next time i'll be prepared

Well if you wanna succeed, it can be only through showing your work i.e. you do your homework properly.
Think, what questions they can ask and write down on a piece of paper.
Prepare the answers, short ones, write them against the questions. And you are done.
When you go to the interview, you will not only be exuding confidence but impressing them as well.

First, don't let them see your lack of writing skills; you are applying for an academic position and you can't spell or use proper grammar?
As to preparation, call the person in charge of the interview and ask for feedback - "What could I have done better?" People who want others to improve - even if they may not hire them - will welcome the request and provide constructive criticism.
Just don't e-mail your request.

when you go for the interview, assume that all those who are asking you questions, are fools. they do not know anything and you are the most knowledgable one. don't become nervous and you will surely be selected .

When they start asking you questions close your eyes, put your fingers in your ears, and say "La La La La.....La La La La" (Repeat.) until they stop asking you questions.
