I go to the gym every morning and work out. I've been trying to lose weight and tone up for a year. I've lost 60 lbs and made it down from a size 18/20 to a size 12. I feel very accomplished each day when I stick to it and don't give up.

i am a social worker that works with children that have mental health diagnoses. Most of these children come from underpriveleged homes and do not get alot of attention. I work with these children everyday on how to act in public(manners), how to dress themselves, how to color, how to hold a pencil, etc.. I feel good at the end of the day because I feel I give children hope and that I made a difference in at least one of their lives! There is nothing better in this world than improving a child's future and outlook on life!

Several days a week I work with my 8 year old grandson on school work for next year. He's going into third grade. By helping him with times tables, cursive writing, English I feel That I'v helped his next school year be a little better and easier. Giving a child help for the future is very important. They are our future.

Knowing that everything that was put before me, I took care of it and did the best job I could. That gives me a sense of satisfaction. When my kids give me a hug and tell me they love me, or when anyone let's me know how much they appreciated what I did. It makes it easier to get up and do it all over again the next day.

if I can wake up and simply make it through the day, I have accomplished something. Even if all I do is sit at the computer or in front of the tv, I have lived another day.

being a productive part of society by getting up and going to work instead of sitting on my *** milking the system (not talking about those who REALLY need help, but those who take advantage cause they're lazy, wont settle for less then what they want, or think people owe them something)
