Transvestites should use what ever bathroom they feel comfortable with. Womens bathrooms have stalls so unless your being a perv it's none ya buisness. In the mens room do you look at another mans junk in the line up for the urinal? Again none of your buisness.

Whatever gender they're dressed like that day, and use the stall. As long as someone's just going to the bathroom, I think they just oughta go in peace. I'm all girl, and I look it, and I used the men's room a few times because the women's was either closed or crowded!

Whether or not they are dressed as the opposite sex, they are still the sex they were born as, and should go into the toilet of the sex they were born at.
For a Transvestite male to go into a ladies toilet is as bad as if it was a normal man.

They should use the womens, I'd freak if I was in a restroom and a transvestite came in or maybe amused, but regardless, they need to live their lives as women so, use the Ladies Room please.

Whatever sex that they are switching to is fine. However, you may have some dificulty in woman/man transitions (for obvious reasons) that can easily be solved by going into the stalls.

If you are man dressed as a woman, and you are very convincing, I would say its OK to use the ladies, as long as you are brief and unobtrusive. (go in the stall and sit, don't pee in the sink, lol)
If you go in the men's you might get attacked.

it's up to the person, but maybe it's ok for them to use the women's bathroom
I don't know, maybe it depends on what they're wearing (either pants or skirt)
