i work at a local grocery store and where i work there is the only place where customers can buy ciggeretts. I don't smoke and i don't know anything about them. So when a customer asks for a certain kind i know the name brand because it says it on there but as far as 100's and soft and hard packs go...i have not a clue....so i have to ask them if they are right. Most of them don't have a problem with me but i have some that are down right mean and have a problem with me. they say comments like "where did you go to school" or "can you follow directions". how the heck am i suppose to know this stuff when i don't smoke the stuff.

would you say a comment like this to a cashier that doesn't know the item or be happy to help them out?

When people bump into you at a store no one takes the time to say excuse me or I'm sorry. Why not? People won't let you merge onto the thruway. Why? I just doesn't make sense to me. Americans need to relax and become a little more humble since being a miserable jerk doesn't do anyone any good.

Driving down the road, with tons of traffic in front you you, you look in the mirror and some idiot is 2 feet behind your car tailgating you. Do these people actually think they have the right to demand that you move out of your spot to let then tailgate the next guy?

in the hindu religion i believe its said that the herb marijuana was given by shiva (???) for a relaxing purpose.

now, everyone or pretty close has come in contact with this VICIOUS PLANT. and sorry but there isnt anyone who has died literally because of the herbal plant. and you cant really get addicted to it, you're a louse if you do ;p

so why do we blame our societies highschools on such a trivial drug?

are people really that prude that we can discuss sex...which by the way everybody is having but no one wants to talk about?
I grew up with prude christian parents and it is a disservice to not have ANYONE to talk to about sex...please stop reporting people for basic sex questions...if you are that prude don't use the internet...read the encyclopedia...FCUK! <-----on purpose..i hate people who do that sh!t...if a person is asking a sex question on yahoo it's probably because the real people in their life and prude and judgemental...stop the madness!

I think its unecessary. People started saying it because if you sneezed it meant you were getting sick & people would bless you in the hope that you would get better.
But I think the person should excuse themself for spitting & snotting all over the place. They shouldn't be blessed.
Do you get offended if someone doesn't say it to you when you sneeze?

serious question, and PLEASE, no replies like "you shouldnt be smoking in the first place"... GEE thanks for nothing.

ive seen people do this very efficently/quickly, and i would like to know how for the times when im standing outside/sitting in my car. if somebody could just explain which fingers hold the cigarette and which one flicks it.

I've been on the site for an hour and I've found so many anti- black, jew, women, muslim comments. Many disguised as 'Why are blacks so loud' or 'Why do Muslims hate everything'. Is it really possible that Americans (and I am one) are so full of hate? Or is it that they fear what they don't understand? Either way, I'm a card carrying 21 yr old black female republican, and I'm astonished at the remarks that have been made. I love my country, but only because I know there have to be more of you, with a modicum of education, who are using this site for their own edification and aren't posing a negative reflection of this country I love. What type of crap have you come across?, and what was your reaction and response?
