You are right about some,(white) guy! I am white but it seems only the fat older white guys do disgusting things at their tables! Why is that? My dad, uncle, brother and even my EX husband all did it and farted, belched, talked with their mouths full and even picked their nose, all in a restaurant, they were NOT raised that way! I hate to say this because it makes (us) look bad, but I never saw any (black) men behaving this way! I don't get it!!!!!

First of all, that sounds racist. It doesn't matter what race the person is, it could be anyone, not just a white guy. Including people's race when they have nothing to do with what's being discussed is purely racist.
Secondly, no, I don't hate it. Blowing your nose is normal, everyone needs to do it sometimes and I don't find it gross when someone blows their nose near me, it's a normal thing. I can't expect them to go to the toilet ten times during their meal if they need to blow their nose. I wish people would stop turning normal, natural, necessary, harmless acts into something offensive.
What I really hate is when the person at the next table starts smoking, especially if it's before or while I'm eating. It's very inconsiderate. Apart from that, there's not much that makes me want to puke at the table.

anyone with disgusting table manners should be kicked out of the place, regardless of colour/race/nationality, why the hell does everything come down to the person's colour? When will everyone learn that we are all the same colour inside

I do think that you need to excuse your self and ask politely for him to take you home. I can't imagine if such a thing is done in public what is waiting on you when you get home!!
