If people can call others beautiful(which are in a very small percentage of the population)...we automaticallly means that the rest are ugly or not so good looking to be politically correct..
people try to hide their ugliness,try to cover themselves...Animals dont do this

So would you suggest that we stop calling others beautiful, so as not to hurt the feelings of everyone else?

My answer is: No, I don't think lies are a solution. I think honesty is always the best policy.
If someone is beautiful, we should be able to call them beautiful, even if it means that we're automatically saying that others are ugly. If someone is ugly, I will not bring up the subject -- but if they ask me, I will try to find one nice feature of their to comment on. If they have no nice features, I'd have to tell them gently that I find them unattractive, but that it's only an opinion.
I was just wondering what your conclusions are, and I thought you'd find the story interesting, since it shows what happens when we try to preserve everyone's feelings at the expense of truth. :-)

Just because you call some beautiful, it doesn't mean the rest are ugly. That's like saying because some people are referred to as intelligent; the rest are stupid. What ever happened to "average" looks?
Furthermore, what some see as beautiful, others don't. We don't all have the same taste! Some people think that tall, blond haired, blue-eyed people are beautiful. My husband happens to hate blondes and I find Paris Hilton to be ugly! From a scientific perspective, people tend to be attracted to people who look like themselves or people they love. I happen to look alot like my mother-in-law, and we are both Italian with dark hair and dark eyes. Some people find all Italians repulsive!
As for covering "ugliness," makeup should enhance your natural beauty. It should look as close to natural as possible.
What is the most important is how beautiful/ugly you are on the inside, and being shallow is a very ugly trait.

People are ugly, for the most part. We try to hide it because, and this has been scietifically proven, beautiful people get on better in life...They live longer, have better jobs, more money, and are less likely to go to prison.

I can honestly say that I've never looked at someone and thought that they were ugly. Yeah some ppl are more attractive than others but you can usually find at least one pleasing quality in everyone.

i think that you are too worried about that question, BEAUTY COMES IN MANY FORMS, AND AOO HAVE PURPOSE.

And, animals Do...do this!
That's why there are Mating Seasons where Males compete to win the affections of the Females...Male Peacocks strut with their magnificent Tail Feathers fanned out, etc.
