this is an honest question, a recent experience shows me that they really can't, but it'd be nice to hear other people's opinions on the subject and if they can't hold alcohol all that well.

There are so many kids that I will call 'black shirters.' They all wear black, but they are all different. From goth to emo to punk, they all seem the same to me. How do I tell them apart?

Right now we just have men killing each other and though this might temporarily bring the population down since in the criminal community on man can have multiple "baby mommas" these deaths have know real impact on the size of the next generation but if the women start killing each other the population of the next generation will decline significantly each time they take a rival gang member out you will probably see 10-12 fewer criminals in the future.

I would like to visit Canada and if I like it I would consider moving there to get away from all the negative issues America has. How are the cultures there? Do they still have the same racism as we do in America? I heard everyone has free health care, the air is cleaner and its an overall better country than America.

I know that Mormons to the outside world look like racists, pigs, and downright womanizers. As a formal LDS member I would like to apologize to the African American community and especially to women for the horrible treatment they have encountered at the hand of LDS men. Unfortunately though many young people don't choose LDS they are born into it. When I left LDS and married an African American woman my family disowned me and I haven't spoken to them in over seven years. My grandfather was a Mormon and did the marring 12 virgins thing (12 for the 12 tribes of Israel) and a couple of them were, yes you guessed it, young girls at age 12. LDS through the pressure of the American government has amended their 12 virgins rule and men NOW are only allowed 1 wife on Earth. However, the afterlife still promises 12 virgins.

Did it ever occur to you that this profile is somebody that isn't even black? She's asking you the most ridiculous questions imaginable and just waiting for the responses she just might get. I am becoming increasingly frustrated with the level of racist comments that I see on this site on a daily basis. The rascists consist of both whites and blacks making senseless comments in order to create rage and backlash.

Do you see this as completely wasting the true purpose of Yahoo Answers? People are using this as their soapbox to degrade people of other races.

She talks about death alot, every time she hears a siren she said someone died & always wants to know how & why people die. She takes crying fits saying she doesnt want me or other family members to die. In the last month or so she started saying she hates herself & she's stupied. Yesterday she said she wished she was dead I am very worried.

think its ironic how some ppl stereotype all americans as being "so and so" yet they are being ignorant themselves in generalizing an entire nation...i dont see the logic, i just dont...i happen to love ppl in general, nationality is irrelevant...i know theres a lot of "brits vs. americans" going on...euro guys are sexy as hell - killer accents from england to greece! why cant we all recognize that every country has problems and work together to help one another...

ON THE OTHER HAND... i definitely understand where they get these stereotypes from - dumbass americans vote a dumbass monkey into presidency twice! (i blame the older generation because they make up the largest portion of the population) cant wait for '08- i can vote! then theres the kyoto plan, rediculous "war on terrorism", foreign relations, etc.

Betsy Ross was widowed three times, and I have heard that since she knew how white men were having children by African women to increase their slave population, she decided to do the same. As far as the belief that Quakers didn't have slaves, PLEASE, why do you think they called George Washington the father of our country? He had so many slave children that it's the reason so many black peolple in the USA have the last name Washington. But I digress, Betsy Ross had children by her male slaves to increase her slave popuplation (and in essence, her property value). Of course that info wasn't in her biography. I checked. European Americans tend to change hsitory to suit their purpose, and that's a fact. I have spoken to only sevral other people who knew this most interesting tidbit of history. Has anyone else heard of this?

(sorry, this is not rude question, I jus serioulsy don't understand why this is)
I took a japanese class (because my japanese/korean parents wanted me to), and I noticed that all the american classmates wanted to move to japan "when they got older", wanted to live there, work there, wear kimono/yukata, give up english language for japanese one, and be their religion...??? They loved anything to do with japan, including cartoon books, the last samurai (I hate that movie, but they all insisted it was the best movie ever, aside from memoirs of a geisha), listened to j-pop & j-rock, tryed to dress "japanese street" style or "gothic-lolita harajuku" style.
I started to notice ALOT of people in my high school acted like this... I'm not in school right now, but I know they still are like this, why is that?
don't get me wrong, all cultures and peoples are unique and interesting, but I never see this kind of thing done about china, south korean, veitnam, thailand, india, etc.
