Yes anyone who speaks a Romance language (descended from Latin), whether it be French, Spanish, Portuguese, Romanian, Italian, and the other Romance language can be called a Latina/Latino. Now because of the confusion over terms such as this and others such as Spanish, Hispanic, etc. people normally think of it as someone being from Latin America (Mexico, Brazil, etc.). But it can be considered proper to call any Romance speaker a Latina/Latino, but most people will think when you bring the term up of Latin Americans.

The Spanish word "latina" means all people that speak romance languages, that includes Latin Europeans, like Italians and Spanish and Latin Americans. But in the US the word "latina" is merely an ethnic label to people living in the US that is Latin American or has Latin American ancestry. In the English language, Spanish and Italians are "latins" not "latinas".

plainly put without all the history, gosh! female of latin descent, can be from any Latin country. Italy isn't a Latin country it's a EUROPEAN country: Brazil, Spain, Mexico all are Latin countries. Be aware they also have Black pple there too, just though I'd throw that little tidbit in there.

What do you mean get out of America...if you read some books you would know that black people were there thousands of years before white people even knew what a boat was. White people were the last to travel and learned everything they know from Africans. White people stole the land from blacks and native Americans who also have African ancestry. Read "they came before Colombia" racist ****
