What are the current politically correct names for the following catergories? They change quite often:

Blacks: afro-americans, african-americans, colored, blacks, ******?

Whites: caucasions, whites?

Mexicans: hispanics, mexicans?

Indians: native americans, indians?

Homosexuals: gays, lesbians, homosexuals?

Notice I'm not including any slang or negative terms. I'm looking for the politically correct labels.

A parasite lives off of its host until the host dies. It appears that the human capacity to generate beautiful good through the ability to solve problems and create and use symbols for expressions is also equally on par with being able to generate dispicable greed. The human inability to supress our animal instincts leads us to perpetrate deeds which could be considered 'evil' in religious terms.

Therefore, is our ability to learn and solve problems, combined with our instinctual habits to think selfishly in order to gain more in symbolic materialistic possessions the main cause to our downfall as a species?

Does this mean that the human species is in actuality a parasite to the planet, just as a tapeworm?

Is humanity just a colony of tapeworms (lol)?

How many people out there actually make their avatars similar to their weight and looks, and how many like to feel good about having a different online physical persona? Why do people try to make their animated selves appear more attractive than who they really are? Do people have a wish to meet others from Yahoo Answers? Are any of the pretty and 'sexy' female avatars truly representative of their creator? If so, how do I meet them (jokes..lol)?

Sometimes I wonder if people respect Asians in the Unites States. I feel like a lot of them work really hard, pay their taxes, make significant contributions in the world of research and academia, don't cause trouble, and are all-around good citizens. But sometimes I get the sense that a lot of people don't like them, are perhaps jealous of their success, and get a kick out of making fun of their language, how they look, or some other superficial aspect that really isn't important at all. It seems like it's often okay to make fun of Asians but not other minorities. Am I wrong? Do people in the US respect Asians or do most people hate them?

I would like to know if they teach evolution in the schools in Iran. Given that it's an Islamic country I would say no. But it would be hard to teach biology and geology with an old testament viewpoint-that is, the earth is only 6000 years old.

A large quantity of bulls are herded together, aggravated and tormented until they are in a rage and then forced to chase a crowd of adults (so called sensible people) through the cobbled streets of the Spanish towns. The poor things are terrified and slip and slide injurying themselves as they go. All in the name of fun supposedly. Surely especially now that Spain belongs to the EC this should be banned.

Southern people talk funny too. But the majority of the US don't have such an intense accent as the east coast and southern people. Why is it? Some Americans relish in talking with a thick accent. I am from the midwest and have no discernible accent or so I've been told from all types of people.

On holiday this year i got chatting to a really nice woman who had a couple of kids around my kids ages, they all played well together and i got on well with her. We spent a couple of evenings in the entertainment venue and our husbands joined us. My husband is a quiet person till he gets to know people, but if he doesnt like them he wont have anything to do with them. Thing is the wife is lovely, good natured and kind but her husband is the sort of bloke you want to slap. He is loud, crude,borish and constantly drunk.
I know they will turn up at my hose unannounced and my husband will be well peed off. How do i tell them i dont want to be in contact anymore? i really dont want to hurt her feelings.
