It is getting that way, but I am seeing signs of a fightback.

I'm afraid it has. It seems to mostly come from extreme left-wingers who feel the need to poke their big noses in where it's not wanted. I'm pretty left-wing myself and fully support immigration and integration but these people seen to be whipping up a problem where one doesn't exist.

Some people disagree with the name Christmas and wish to call it 'Winterval', while Christmas card manufacturers steer clear of depicting traditional Christian scenes on their Christmas cards.

It's all utterly ridiculous. British people, by and large, are very tolerant but there is a growing backlash against Muslims and other immigrants which is a real shame. The real irony is that I've never heard any ordinary Muslims saying they are offended by Christmas.
