yes that remark makes you a racist! and as most of the ppl above me mentioned the dot you're talking about has nothing to do with being pakistani. It's a religious thing - Hinduism.

Probally but actually I think your stupidity shines through more than your xenophobic racism.
For a start, it is Pakistani, and they do not have a dot on thier head, thats Hindi's, who do not believe in Islam, or live in Pakistan, but India?
They probally stare at you, because, with your Illiteracy, you have not placed a label on yourself to help them identify what the hell you are. I suggest you find somebody who can write and get them to put a lage white label onto you coat which read's 'racist idiot' and then they would not have to stare and wonder...
