Sorry for the ignorance about this subject. I don’t know anything about it? What do I need to know about living with him as a roommate? He seems to always be going to the hospital and getting sick....

I am straight and evidently ignorant about " gays " but I would like to know if it is because you are truley born gay or is it just a lifestyle choice?

Im 19 and im bi. I work with a 17 year old who makes weird comments too me. ex: I told him that i would kick his *** if he didnt clean, and he replied "what if i like it?" and kinda stands close to me. I dono if i just think he is hot and want to do him!! Or if he is really bi or gay. Also other coworks do think he is infact gay. Im just very confused!! Oh and he has a "soon to be" girlfriend...

So im just wondering how i find out if he is either gay or bi!
Thank you so much!

...not sure how to explain this, but I love thinking about. See, lesbians aren't attracted to guys, but gay guys are, and gay guys aren't attracted to girls, but lesbians are. But I love how much we get along and have in common despite this gap! It's just so awesome! And yes, I know why.

I love you guys/gals!

I'm in one of those moods. :P

I was wondering because everyone says we are out to "turn" other people gay. How many of you feel as if you were "turned" gay? I have yet to find any evidence that this is plausible. No matter how much they may try and claim it so.

I am 36 years old YES I learned about human reproduction in public school. Before I was in high school I knew what the male and female reproduction system was and I knew what happened biologically when the male and female reproduction got together. I understood the whole process of how a baby was conceived around age 13. They say many schools are teaching homosexuality in schools. Are they just teaching that some people are different and not everybody has a boy/girl relationship and leaving it at that? Are they getting into the physical acts that take place between two males or two females? I am not talking about kissing, hugging or holding hands. Anytime I write the words describing homosexual acts I get reported for abuse and recieve a violation. I am trying to understand what exactly these schools want our kids to know. Do we want our kids to know what kind of physical activities homosexuals engage in? If you say no would you not be educating them properly?

But guys, consider this. Social standards is what a common gorup of people feel is righteous. But what if such people really hate homosexuals? Must we conform to such standards? Or must it change????

In sex ed, our professor taught us that it doesn't matter who you sleep with, it's what gender you PREFER to be with that determines your sexual orientation. She prefers men over women but likes them both, so would you consider her BI or straight?

I read many Q's that people ask concerning their sexuality. It seems that many people on this site don't really know their sexuality. Don't you think that if your old enough to have sex then you should be old enough to know your sexuality . If you don't know your sexuality then do you think you should be having sex with that gender ?

I dont want to offend anyone so please dont take this the wrong way. Iv always wondered this... if gay people are ment to be gay or are born gay, then why do men act like woman and woman act like men? im dont mean all of them and i like gay people its just that all the people iv met have been either feminine (men) or shave their heads and dress like men (lesbians) so i dont understand it all. If people were ment to be attracted to the same sex aswell then wouldnt men act like men and woman act like woman? plaese dont be offended im not gay so just class me as naive.

I had never thought of this before. My partner Gwenneth and I knew each other for 3 years before buying a house and living together. This lasted for 42 years.
What was your experience in this regard ?

How, my dear friends in the LGBT section, do you deal with learning that someone you loved and trusted (not as a lover) has betrayed you?

I'm kind of in vent mode now, I won't bore you with the details, but I'm feeling pretty destructive right now.

I just asked this in the 'other society and culture' section, and got a lot of answers where people thought the school was right in doing so. I wanted to ask it here as well to see how the responces would differ.

She got kicked out for wearing heels and a skirt. The heels were dress-code safe, as was the skirt. The dress code says nothing about males wearing skirts or heels, however, but even if it did I wouldn't think the rule should apply to her.

Her clothes weren't distracting or slutty in any way, either. She looked very classy, actually.

Do you think its right or wrong that she got kicked out? Why?
