Isn't it ironic? I asked about disgusting eating and get 29 answers and a STAR!
I ask a serious question about gay Culture or Lifestyle and I get 10 answers, most are to tell me that I am nasty to ask about it!
Datz nuts....
BTW...some of y'all eat yucky stuff!
Do you want to know what made me think of the question?
:-))

I'll tell you anyway!
While on the Cape I hurt my foot on a stone or glass, don't know which. Anyway, yesterday, 3 weeks later, the scab fell off. As I was throwing it away I thought:
"I wonder if anyone ever ate one of these things..."
GROSS!!!
LOL

Ugh. It was awful. They are called Koolickles, and they are disgusting. They are cucumbers that are pickled with vinegar (like normal pickles), but they have a package of Kool-Aid mixed in with it. I had the misfortune of trying a cherry-flavored one...*pukes all over*...apparently they are really big in the south...

Beets.
I also had a piece of pork get stuck in my tooth after dinner a couple years ago which I didn't notice until 10:45 the next day. It had rotted in my mouth, and I was tasting the rotten meat all throughout the day. It was so putrid that I couldn't try and pry it out with my tongue, so I went to the bathroom and got most of it out there, but the rest had to wit until I got home at 3:20.
Needless to say I MAKE SURE there is no meat stuck in my teeth when I go to bed anymore. I have learned my lesson and learned it well!

It wasn't actually disgusting, but I did enjoy a few tasty fried crickets in my science class when we were finished with an experiment with the insects.
Or if we're going really disgusting, well, I love scraping the gunk off my teeth and eating it before I brush my teeth.

The most disgusting thing I *almost* ate was armadillo, but I wouldn't do it. Alligator was probably the worst-tasting thing I ever ate. Ahh, my Louisiana heritage comes in handy for questions like these! :D

I went to a potluck supper up in rural northern Wisconsin once, and they were serving raccoon, turtle, and bear meat, among other culinary delights. Yeccch!!!!!
In Hawaii many years ago, I was given something to eat once called "poi". It looked like grey pudding, and tasted somewhere between sh*t and glue!
Another time, in Tijuana, I had tacos from one of those vendors - brains, intestines, you name it. I was TOLD they came from a cow, but who knows?!

I was heating something up in the microwave. I put my fork down. I took the food out of the microwave. I picked up what I thought was my fork, and licked it. It tasted funny. My daughter came in to say she had just fed our cats. I think canned cat food tastes just plain bad, like ashes.

A few things come to mind...
Sea Urchin
It was gross... I don't recommend it.
Deep fried battered shrimp heads... need I say more?
Other than those (and a few other things) I love the sushi bar!

Cow stomach. I didn't know what it was. Oh! I ate some squirrel, but that wasn't disgusting. It tasted delicious, made real good gravy.
