I have tried the online dating services and what not.
It's working and it's too impersonal.

Where can I meet women besides online?

only ones kind of nice to her. (We occasionally make bad jokes). We don't avoid her miserably like the others.Well last weekend Friend D and I felt bad for her so we decided to play basketball at the gym with her. This hated friend & I played a long game and she was shocked at how i played b/c she thought i was a girly girl who don't know how to play ball. The hated friend is not such a girly girl but rather the opposite. That night she stayed over at my dorm & slept on my roommie's bed. We had a long talk and she revealed to me about how she'd been depressed lately b/c of her loneliness.I felt kinda guilty but then we started to talk about gays and politics. In our discussion I expressed my apathy to the issue b/c after all <3 is <3. Then she asked me what i would do if one of my friends was gay? I responded by saying i wouldnt care. After that she told me she was grateful for having me and friend D as friends. Then she told me that she loved me & friend d. Ever since then she wants to

Demlicans-the poor, the minorities, the cities, the unions, the females, the taxers, the west coast, the young, the lazy, the northeast, the educated. Republicrats- the wealthy, the caucasian, the country, the males, the militaristic, the south, the farmers, the west, the spiritual, the elderly, the captains of industry. Now before you all get twitapated these are generalizations, I know that the round peg fits in the square hole and just leaves a little light at the four corners, Lighten up., I know. But I think I'm In the ball park. Lets go over a few that might be in question like the educated, who can't affiliate with Gods, guns, industry, and biggotry, I give the edge to Demlicans. Its why I also give them the females. How about the country and farmers they cant affiliate with unions, cityfolk, laziness, taxers. the edge goes to the Republicrats. Because there isnt a tax the Demlicans dont like they will draw the needy and lazy. Now what are the major disagrements with these 2?

This year I'm doing the We The People competition, which is like a big event where your class goes and speaks about the Constition, rights, and the Founders Philosophys.

I chose to be in the group that talks about minority and civic rights, so I wanted some examples of what rights gay citizens have/need.

Any examples of rights/issues would be helpful. {Not only for this project, but also for future reference. (I'm gay, in case you couldn't figure that out...)}

and I'm not saying that I don't support it...I just don't understand it...

I mean...I've read and read and it still completely makes no sense to me..I find it rather confusing and contradictory

now...ALL I want to know is...

Am I the only one who just cannot understand????

Let's face it. Unlike Republicans, the Democrat party is NOT against Gay Marriage. They take moderate stances on this issue only for political reasons. The Hateful GOP actually takes issue with this and wants to ban gay marriage altogether. Do you agree? Once again, which candidate do you support?

So, I haven't been on answers that much lately, I've been having some personal issues, but this latest problem took the cake.

My mother leaves a voice mail for me, advising me that she has been advised by her lawyers to begin working on her will and in order to include me in the will, I would have to dissolve my civil union AND fax her the paperwork. While, I have known since I came out, of my mother's disapproval of my "lesbianism", her dislike of my partner, and then her "pretending it doesn't exist", I think she has crossed the line of any hope of having a relationship.

While it is HER money, and she can will it out as she deems necessary, I refuse to be unhappy for whatever scraps mommie dearest chooses to throw (or not throw) my way. So I'm wondering, do I call her and let her know, do I email her, or do I just ignore her altogether and not even respond?

If my civil union ever does dissolve, it won't be to please her and get in her "exclusive" will.

I don't. I find them slightly insulting. I am gay and proud of who I am. It just seems to me the amount of homophobia and detest for homosexuality whether internalized or not - is boundless.

From my experiences I've noticed that people who are against Political Correctness, are upset because it's no longer socially acceptable to tell racist/sexist/religious jokes anymore. Anyone else notice the same thing?

You could be in a closet all of your life but why did you say you are gay to your friend or family? What was the reason?

I'm gay and going to come out tomorrow but I don't know why I want to say that I'm gay. I'm gonna tell it to only her and every else shouldn't know after she knows. Why? Do people want to tell secret?

Where I grew up, if you insult people and their beliefs and try to push your ways on them, it would result in a fight. This seems to be the goal of a gay agenda because I see nothing that would unite Americans to rally behind them. No pun intended.
