The major problem with 3-somes is often all 3 often feel left out at one point or another. So communication is important and a good understanding/rust that no one is trying to "steal". Given this, the most important rule is that if any of you feel left out or aren't being touched, do your best to to make the other 2 feel better. All of you should commit to doing your best to making the other 2 to feel as good s possible.

The first time you try it may be really similar to the first time you had sex or didn't anything else for the first time -- it may totally bomb. If both of you are really interested in it, you need to realize that it will take practice, communication, understanding and trust.

As a guy who has been there a couple words. M/F depends where you're gf is more comfortable since you don't seen to have a preferrence. Listen though if this is a girl you really care about this maybe a bad idea. I know it sounds like fun and it is. However it can be hard if it's someone who is more than a fling. If you do this search your souls first and definitely set rules.

The key to it all is communication. I won't pretend to know a lot about threesomes, but I know the most important thing is to talk to each other. Setting rules is definitely a good idea, and you should both discuss whether you think it'd be a better idea to do it with a guy or a girl.

I've heard that threesomes most likely ruin relationships. About 90% of the people I've talked to who have had one has broken up with their bf/gf because of it. I wouldn't recommend it.
