Friendship. Because it's the basis of any kind of future relationship.

They both sound very good! I have to say friendship no wait a possible relationship no wait! I would say that perhaps they walk in hand with one another? I would think. I would rather be friends first. For later on that it could make it possible for a relationship. Does that make any sense? I figure in order to have a great relationship of any kind. You must be friends. Especially if one is looking for a long lasting relationship. Catch my drift?

To have a really great relationship, you need to be friends. You need to be able to share, cry, love, be angry, and any other emotions that freinds can share. If you can not do this with a freind, they are not your true friend. Good friendships often grow into GREAT relationships.

I think friendship is more important, because sometimes it takes a good friendship to make a good relationship.
However, you do know that "friendship" is a type of "relationship" right?

definately friendship, due to the fact any possible relationship can end faster than it started. If your both lucky, you can still continue the friendship.
