...everyone was Bisexual?
How interesting would life be...

Please don't tell me that "all people are bi" because I personally disagree with that.

Where do I start! Just thanks in advance to anyone who can offer their advise.

Basically I'm in love with a straight guy, we are great friends, he's known I'm gay from day 1. He's marginally younger than me and has told me on several occassions that I'm a good mate and he comes to see me alot. I know this will never go any further but how do I get rid of these feelings? Its affecting my sleep and to be honest I just feel miserable and I'm having to put a face on all the time.

He's the kindest funniest most loving person, I'm sure he knows how I feel, I've told him he's a good looking/great guy etc etc when he's needed a confidence boost but I'm 99% sure this is going no where.

I know I need to move on but really don't know where to start. Help!!!

If a homosexual American citizen finds love with a foreign person
on a work visa. They get unionized, is their spouse then an American citizen as it works with marriage. Or is this just one more right being denied to us?

Some of them are rather nasty and mean to simple "non-trollish" questions.

Why is this? Insecurity? Annoymity?

Should gays be allowed to be married. Be "allowed?" Should blacks be allowed to sit at the front of the bus? Both seem like inalieanable rights. I can`t believe that at this current day and age gay marriage is not legal. What`s the issue.....Really? I mean I would expect such rhetoric from religous fanactics, but in this country there is such thing as a seperation of church and state. Why is it then that legally gays are not allowed to join in the same inalienable rights as all of our straight citizens? What is the debate on captial hill? I know they are not citing bible passages.....Wtf is going on here? Really, are people that ignorant. This is not the 1940`s you think we would be passed this by now. And to anybody that presupposes that I have an agenda "Newsflash" I`m not gay. I don`t have any gay friends, tendencies, fanatasies, etc.... But I`am not ignorant. Why should gays not be afforded the same rights as me...you.....anybody?

Is it because gays more likely to end up in prison?

Is it because they just choose to be gay, (perhaps because it's available and straight sex isn't)?

Why?

Some people, who mistakenly call themselves christians, express the opinion on Yahoo Answers that gay people are sinners and that they should all 'burn in hell'... apparently they believe that the bible says it.
Is it against Yahoo! Answers guidlines to express this opinion?

Say for example, "straight men having sex with other men who are not gay or bi-sexual."

I posted a question about straight guy's having sex with guy's, and many of them stated that straight guy's who DO have sex with guy's are "still" straight.

It doesn't make any sense to me - then with people like that, why the arguement that gay's do not "choose" their sexual orientation?

Now, I'm gay, and don't recall choosing my orientation, but, to me, that sounds very "chosen" and not so much "biological".

It does fuel the arguements for anti-gay groups who view homosexuality as not "inborn" as people are saying.

I am not gay, & I have no problem with those who are, and in fact, one of my best friends is gay. A lot (well not a lot – but a few) people have like picked on and teased him because of that, but whenever I am around – I always stick up for him. It pisses me off how homophobic and mean people can be! But anyways, like a few days ago, he finally worked up the nerve to tell me he liked me, (I already had a hunch, and tried to hint that I wanted to keep things as platonic as possible) but he told me anyways. He knows I am not gay, but said he had to get it off of his chest – but I think maybe he hopes I might turn gay or something… I don't know.

However, lately ever since then he has like been avoiding me. I feel so bad because I hurt him, but I am not gay, and I do not want loose a 17-year friend over an awkward thing such as this. What should I do?

P.S. ~ I am serious here, serious answers only please. If you are going to give some asinine or immature answer do not waste my time.

Hi all
i have a question - i'm a crossdresser in my late 20s from the UK and i really want to go public dressed as a woman. I've ventured outside later at night when its dark and i dress up as often as i can - usually in a dark skirt suit or dark dress, kitten heels, dark stockings and full make up with a wig but i really want to do it during the day! I don't really want to go to any bars or out clubbing, i just would like to venture out in public and see what happens. I live in an apartment block (only a few apartments) so getting out might be tough though! I don't know what i can do to solve this problem.

If it really is 1/5 homosexuals with HIV and this place attracts many homosexual tourists then the HIV virus could be rapidly spreading accross america- infecting many innocent (or not so) people. not to mention all of the STDs that are being spread around. Why would they want to keep us in the dark? Doesn't this show that something is wrong with Homosexuality- if so many people are dying- the avg. lifespan of a gay or bi man being 40 and decreasing steadily. What are your thoughts. I was flabbergasted.

I thought that the spoof of it in Team America was hilarious and pretty much embodied my thoughts on the movie exactly. "Everyone has AIDS! Aids, aids, aids!!" Lol.

But honestly. Some my friends are just so in love with it, yet they don't appreciate other amazing musicals like Moulin Rouge! and Phantom of the Opera. I felt like Rent was just so mediocre and annoying.
