Is it simply a mishandling of parents or parents itself suffers poverty since birth and poverty will be a generation they can never prevail?

How much do you and your parents contribute to local charities that provide for the poor in your area? Poverty is generational and will continue to be until people who can help, do help. If you really want to know why people are living in poverty, go volunteer at your local Soup Kitchen and you will see these real people for yourself. Because people have kids because they want to even if they know they will not be able to support them properly. Until man becomes less selfish there will always be children in poverty.

Poverty encompasses people and children being part of such people, have to endure it too.Poverty is more of a political and economic issue than a social one.

Why? Irresponsible careless persons having sexual intercourse, producing babies they cannot support. Babies not born do not suffer, are not in poverty.
