I worked with a girl for a year and we became very close. We clicked straight away when we first met. However, about a month after she left my workplace I found out that she was actually bisexual and had admitted to one of my colleagues that she had feelings for me.

I became extremely freaked out by this and started to think of ways I might have encouraged her. I did flirt with her quite a lot, but I flirt with lots of people. I wouldn't have done so if I'd have known she was attracted to me.

So I stopped contacting her and when she contacted me I would be very offish so as not to give her the wrong impression. I haven't told her that I know she has feelings for me. I think she may have guessed that I know though, because she has stopped contacting me now.

Do you think I treated her badly by ignoring her? I feel guilty because we were good friends and I did like her. She was very sweet and always there for me, and i feel like I've been quite horrible to her.

It happens all the time...OJ's trial, Anita Hill, operation desert storm, the war in Iraq, Katrina, the tsunami...the list is endless. I find it disturbing that people view this as entertainment. Any comments?

so people at my school think im gay which is true because i used to hang around with a kid with some gay characteristics. i have barely any friends now and very lonely. there are a couple nice people but most are mean to me. i have no "real" friends at school. and since im shy they really pick on me sometimes. now people stop asking me if im gay and now no one really talks to me...only occationally. over all im loney and i if you have suggestions please tell me?

I'm a straight person, & I don't care whether a person is homosexual or not, as long as they don't try to associate with me, I just let them live there life, besides, it's still love. Cause I always hear people saying negative stuff about gays & almost never about lesbian

This kkk retard is asking questions all day long about the shooting, using it to bash us, and forgetting the people who lost their lives in there. Isn't it disgusting? How inhuman can a person be?
We saw many bigots here, like Princess Lulu, and Dr. Dorris, but they never got to his level. His nick is offensive to basically almost everyone, and he's disrespecting the dead students and being a bigot in the same time. What the hell is his problem? Can't Yahoo! block his IP address (or whatever they call it) permanently?

My mother lives next door to this chick who is gay... she has 6 kids with the same guy from a previous marriage, but now she is gay living with a women who for a while we thought was a man. It made me wonder how the ex husband feels about his ex wife being with a super stud raising their kids.. would he feel less of a man? Should he be ashamed? Is it hard to coexist raising your children in a gay relationship when your kids father is still around? Im really serious about this question.

Okay, so I want you guys to tell me why your GLBT. I also want to know when you figured out that you are. And if possible, can you give me some debatable homosexual topics?(i.e. A pill that gaurantees your child will be straight. Good or bad idea?) In my 6th hour class there's not much to do so we sit around and discuss certain topics.

I've been a participant on Yahoo! Answers for over a year now - in LGBT for almost as long. Aside from the incessant flow of questions from the (ir)religious trolls and the general bashing, I've noticed a marked rise in intra-LGBT discord.

First there were the g0ys, then the raft of "How come Ts are in this category", my personal bugbear "I've nothing against bisexuals but I'd never go out with one - I don't trust them..." etc.

Now, it seems, there have been a spate of oblique personal attacks. Whilst it can make for interesting questions and humorous reading - what is it doing to our "LGBT Family"?

Siblings endure rivalry with each other, I understand that well enough, but shouldn't they also respect one another and stand together against adversity?

Why are we allowing each other to make this place less enjoyable for some of our own? How should that make us feel? So what can we do to get back to enjoying life and Yahoo! Answers?

I often hear it being called a gay disease, and that homosexuals all have it, and are all going to die etc. So does being heterosexual magically make one immune to HIV? I mean I thought I heard somewhere that the highest HIV rate was in heterosexuals, specifically rising in heterosexual women, am I wrong?
