why does society hate homosexual men more than homosexual women?

I'm a straight person, & I don't care whether a person is homosexual or not, as long as they don't try to associate with me, I just let them live there life, besides, it's still love. Cause I always hear people saying negative stuff about gays & almost never about lesbian

i wonder the same thing. Gays and Lesbians are exactly the same, we both like our same sex. you don't see us hating on straight people because you like the opposite sex. we are the most friendly people that you will ever meet. as long as you are nice to us you will have no problem getting along with us. i mean we are very loving and caring people. i think that if the world followed our example i mean not in the sexuality way but in the way we look at life the world would be a much better place.

Because if a straight man encounters an image of two men together he will tend to imagine what they might do together. And on some subconscious level what a man might want to do to him. He can only think of the disgust he would feel because he is not attracted to men.

If he sees two women together there is no threat. And in fact since most straight men cannot conceive of a woman who does not want to get him into bed he imagines that he can get a two for one deal with lesbians.

It's cause as a straight, male dominated society, we can relate to why lesbians find other woman sexually attractive. They are smooth, hairless, smell good, mostly polite and/or classy and we like them. As a macho culture Hel-bent on self destruction, we don't like men, even ourselves. They are hairy, smelly, rude, obnoxious and we just can't see what a woman would see in them. If I were a woman, I'd consider going les.

male double standards! just like how a man can be a player but a woman is deemed a slut? And also because men are suppose to be 'manly and in charge' notsubmissive and taken from behind. Im not sure why just the way things are I don't have a problem with it at all but being a female, it turns me on to see girl on girl but guy on guy makes me squirm.. Maybe due to knowing how much doing it in that hole can hurt? maybe just ignorance and growing up in my 'comfy' environment who knows?

Well.. i think in actual we likes same sex in a friendly manner but as per of love its nature demand must have to chose opposite,otherwise nature will get destroy.But when we think about in term of nature need we forget about those les/gays who are also a part of this nature.Nature makes them like they are and if they feels in some other instance its again natural for them.Still agreed that lesb are less unliked and by society bcose they still are girls and boys feels prefer.But if talking in real situation i dont think so that any guy would like to marry or love to any lesb.But for gays,they are still quite neglected.But if talking in term of attraction gays are more attractive then a lesb.Lesb becomes careless about themself but gays cares them a lot.Mostly are really hot looking,attracte others and have charming behavious.Its actually not depends on that which word gay or lesb is more accepted,its in real the person who comes in that sexuality.
