To me personally, I know that I should be a woman. I have even been sent to evaluate my mental illness. Should I feel bad? Or can I look into a sex change without the guilt of disappointing the people that are close to me?

It seems as though Hollywood has portrayed lesbian women for instance to be tall, long haired, and big breasted. But is that a real view on lesbian women? Their not all that way. And I think they have made bi-sexuality out to be the "new in thing" among todays youth.

I'm tired, and I can't handle this anymore. The hate, the pain, the wars and terror and AIDS and how no one cares about those who suffer, because they are too worried about themselves. The politians, who don't care about us, they just want to say anything that would keep them in office. The gay bashers, and the idiot religious zealots who are out of touch. WHY BOTHER!!!!!!!!!!!!! What do you all think about the issues facing us, and our country, and why do I need to live to see this ****?? I can't do anything, noone listens, people are just ignorant. I hate people who think we are going to hell. I hate Bush. See, hate is a powerful word. Why do people use it? I've made an committment to ending it before year's end, if things don't get better. Anyone else feel this way. And please, anyone who hates gays should not answer this. No ignorance. Thank you, and good bye.

Do you
1) talk to her directly about it?
2) beat around the bush? (no pun intended)
3) ignore it and leave it alone?

I ask because a supposedly straight girl at work has had my gaydar pinned at 100% since day 1. I'm not interested in her as a girlfriend, but I just want to know what's up with her without offending or making her feel uncomfortable. She has at least one lesbian friend, but she's implied that she's not completely comfortable with it. She is married and has children, but I don't think I'm wrong about her inclinations. I have not outed myself to her as of yet, since I've only known her for a short while. What would you do?

they said it wasn't me,but I had heard through the grapevine,it was. I had heard it from good friends that it was because i was free-spirited,,( i'm not gay/bi,ect. I am very straight) that is why I attracted them. they went on to say,i am very domineering,b**chy,and manipulative,not to mention that I was a control freak. This made me mad,as that out of the two,one was a very masuline biker,who bashed gay ppl every chance he got. I was really surprised to know he went gay. I heard it from my friends,it was because of me. My other hubby was bi,and it was no surprise he went gay,but it hurt me to hear, I " drove him that way." Do gay men "go" bi? I don't want to sound ignorant,ok? I don't know much about the gay community,so i am asking because of curiousity. I have also had many bi ( male) lovers and they tell me I am a real woman. I was raised by my mom (she was bi) and she was a feminist. I guess i learned it from her. to know I " made a man go gay" makes me feel crappy.

There's this girl on myspace who wanted me to add her as a friend a while ago. She's a lesbian, I am too. Anyway, she posted a bullentin about how gays will never be able to get get married since Clinton signed the Defense of Marriage in 96, making it federal law. Anyway another friend of mine asked me to repost a bullentin if I believed in gay rights. I reposted it. The girl in question then messsage me asking what rights I'm talking about because gays will never be able to marry. I told her she was being negative and that a lot of gays like to stay positive and fight for it and we will be able to marry one day. This girl then gets really mad at me, deletes me as a friend, calls me an ignorant *** and says gay people like me who fight for our rights are asking the government for hand outs, and hurting gays more than helping them. I told her that asking the gov't for a handout would be welfare, but marriage is a right. I then cursed her out and told her I'm glad she deleted me.

I am a gay guy that is scared too death of my boyfriend killing me.My boy friend cut me up with a knife and said if he see me talking to other boys, or espicially talking to woman, he was going to kill me. After that He spit in my face and kick me in the stomach. The next day when he seen my talking to one of my lady friends, he hit me in my back with an iron that was hot and had sex with me punching me in the face while on top of me. Please help me I am scared to death and do not know what to do.

I have an elderly uncle who is gay, but is only out with his closest family and friends. I wish he'd be available for discussion, especially since I'm coming to terms with my bisexuality. It would be nice to have him to talk to. When I questioned my mother about this, she told me a horrible story about him. When he was younger, like in his 20s, he felt that it was his duty to be proud of his orientation. It's been around since the dawn of time after all. He and his lover were out and they were harrassed constantly. One evening, my uncle came home to find his lover murdered in his bedroom, shot in the head execution style. It was very truamatizing to him. It was his first love and he knew that it would've been him too if he was home. After that, I can never bring myself to talk to my uncle about anything LGBT for fear of upsetting or scaring him. My question is what type of struggles did you go through that you don't see happening now? Do you have stories?

there is this boy at my school name fabion that I think is a bi sexual.The way he dress the way he carry hisself makes me believes hes bi. The reason I think he is bi because he haves a girlfrined and he be frech kissing her in the hallways. cause like, if you get your nuts cut off, that's it. how can you have them removed, refashioned or whatever into a vagina, and make it fully functional? how exactly do they do a sex change opperation? what does it look like? how much does it really resemble the real thing? anyone here had one? or been with someone who has had? also, can a female be turned into a male?

I am gay myself, but the impression that I got from gays are pretty negative (either from tv or yahoo answers). Note, I dont have any gay friends, so I dont know if they are true or not...
- It seems like gays focused too much on the looks - basically if you are not pretty, then it is almost certain that you will never find a boyfriend.
- Then it is about physical appearance. It is about whether you are muscular or not.
- It always involves sex, which leads to whether a guy is hung or not. I dont know, I find it very scary that gays are mostly associated with sex.
- Intelligence: I got the impression that most gays would look down on others if they are not smart enough...
I feel very insecure... I know that I am not pretty, not muscular, not hung, or not smart compared to others. What should I do?

OK here is the deal.
g0ys are people who dont consider themselves gay because there is a stigma folloing this word, and they define themselves as guys who just like guys and that they follow the bible by not practicing anal sex and by also being married but play with guys at the same time...So, if you were a black person who didnt like this stigma following the black community like stealing,drugs, killing, ghettos etc. would you change your identity to bl0ck instead of black? If you are an American who hates all this nationalism and wars whould you change your nationality into an Am0rican? Just to show to others that you dont belong to these groups or to the impression they give? Instead of fighting to prove that this is not the case? The only thing that u guys will achieve is to get people who are just scared of their sexuality and the gay scene to join you because they are not ready yet. I know I would seek refuge to you when I was young and afraid,but it would only be an illussion.
