you got them from a "hijra people"??? who the heck is that? do yourself a favor and do not take any prescription meds from a street vender. consult a real doctor before you take any of these pills.

First of all, don't listen to most of the answers you've had so far here. Most of them are simply factually wrong
I guess you are in India if you know Hirjras?

Oestrogen will have feminising effects but like all drugs it has side effects. It's best to get things monitored and prescribed by a medical professional as far as possible to minimise the risks.
It will, over several months, cause development of female secondary sexual characteristics, notably redistributing fat to hips and thighs and promoting breast development.

It will suppress you own testosterone, leading to decreased libido and some difficulty with erections but also causing infertility in a male body which eventually becomes irreversible.

There is a risk of DVT and a very small but not hugely significant increased risk of breast cancer, but that just makes you comparable to a genetic female.

There is lots of infor online, I'd start with a site like Anne Lawrence's TS Women's resources if I were you.

Taking estrogen can be dangerous and sometimes fatal, especially when takem without a doctor's watchful eye. Taking street drugs is even more dangerous, no matter who gives them to you. Something to definately think about is that some of the changes can be permanent, like infertility. Really consider the risks, benifits, probably outcomes, possible alternatives, and your expectations and desires before taking them.

You should never ever take things like estrogen without consulting a doctor who specializes in what you're looking for.

Mainly because you have NO idea if they're actually estrogen tablets or not, how old they are, if they're 'cut' with anything.

See a *doctor*.

Will it cause problems? Yes.

Your voice will start "breaking" like when you became a man from a boy. You will develop "buds" beneath your nipples/aerola's and you will become "short-tempered." You may even become mean, not that you want to be, but your hormones will be changing causing you to "flush" and become erratic in your actions and thoughts. However, once your female hormones become the MAJORITY your thoughts, behavior and body will all "fall into line" and you will become much more even in everything.

Good luck.

Hormones will work for you be there are many risks. Y should see a endocrinologist within a year of starting hormone therapy. It would be much better to see him before. They can cause blood clots. Take a small dose till you see your reaction to them. You also need to take a testosterone suppressant.
Good luck.

You should see an MD first of all to check your liver function levels. Hormones can screw up your liver and cause irrepairable damage. They will not change your voice or make any skeletal changes. You may see fat redistribution and possible breast development but typically smaller than, say, your genetic sisters or your mother.

It may cause cancer. You are male, your body likes testosterone, not estrogen. If cancer is worth the shape then by all means please feel free to. If cancer is not worth it then deal with it.
