cause like, if you get your nuts cut off, that's it. how can you have them removed, refashioned or whatever into a vagina, and make it fully functional? how exactly do they do a sex change opperation? what does it look like? how much does it really resemble the real thing? anyone here had one? or been with someone who has had? also, can a female be turned into a male?

I have friends on both sides of the FTM (female to male) and MTF (male to female) changes. Yes, both can achieve orgasm after surgery, and some have even better orgasms because they feel more comfortable with themself after gender reassignment. Technically, you don't need a penis or clitoris to climax- it's the nerve bundle that causes an orgasm when stimulated. The nerve bundle is moved or altered in both surgeries. Both types of gender reassignment surgery have improved so much that it's often very difficult to prove just by appearance whether the person was ever another gender at all.

I don't know if female to male (ftm) can have orgasms but for a mtf (male to female) the prostate is still intact, which is where an orgasm originates from. The head of the penis is reconstructed to resemble a clitoris and by stimulating it along with the prostate an orgasm can be reached. For ftm the clitoris can either be enhanced with hormones to resemble a small penis or the clitoral tisue can be used for part of the new penis, and the rest of it comes from a donor area of the body like the leg. The new penis can be limp and pumped up with a pump disguised as a testicle, or left permanently erect. For a mtf the genitals most resemble the real thing, while the body and voice are harder to get to look naturally female. Where as with a ftm the opposite is the case.

Yes, but a lot of transgender men don't have sex change surgery, as the results still aren't very satisfying. A lot of trans men go on testosterone, which enlarges the clitoris to about 2 or 3 inches, it's capable of erection without any assistance and it has full sensation, it may or may not be big enough for sexual intercourse.

Basically, one's penis is turned inside out leading to a dead end with all the sensory receptors in tact to still reach orgasm. During orgasm, both males and females experience quick cycles of muscle contraction in the lower pelvic muscles, which surround both the anus and the primary sexual organs.

If you can play the piano before, you'll play it after. I'm only multi-orgasmic like before but now there at least a hundred times more mind blowing but they can be continuous from dusk to dawn and beyond.

ChiChi has it best so far, but I'd like to add one little factoid. It's true that sex is mostly in the mind. As tammydee pointed out illuded to, for many the sex is better post-op. The mental effects of transitioning and the op need to be studied further though...

actually i know some one who has gotten the sex change and YES they umm have a vagina jus like a woman does but for the orgasm thing i dunno ive alwasy wonder bout that one, but yeah when ia guy does get the sex change he does have a vagina and well another guy with a penis can have intercourse with tha now a woman , dats wierd and for girls well girls get a penis BUT it is extrememly small like really small sometimes i think why do gurls want a penis when its going to be so small u caint really hold it yeah its dat small

The penis is turned into a clit for a mtf while the clit is swollen into a small penis for some ftm. For other ftm, an extension is created from the clit to an everlasting "hard on" that is tied to the leg when not having sex.
