In John 8:58, when quizzed about how He (Jesus) has special knowledge of Abraham, Jesus replies,
"Truly, truly, I say to you, before Abraham was, I Am"

His audience understood exactly what He was claiming about Himself.
"So they took up stones to throw at him; but Jesus hid himself, and went out of the temple" (John 8:59).

Why would they want to stone Jesus?
What does He mean by "I Am"?

Would you be willing to provide for:

-Clinics that provide health care for the women who have done back-alley abortions?
-Foster care/adoption programs?
-Orphanages?
-Health care for children without homes?

...and other such programs?

Would you vote for tax increases in order to provide for those children? Would you give of yourself to make adoption less expensive or easier?

I've spoken with many people who aren't okay with abortion, but haven't even considered this aspect.

i am not looking for a reason why you believe the truth or what you say is truth.....without any bias to your 'belief'
remember multiple choice in school....one is right! please no need to pick an answer, just get a grasp on the concept.

1. chose one of the following statements:

a.There is no God
b. There is a God
c. (there is no 3rd choice, because a and b are the only options)
d. (there is no 'all of the above' that would be a contradiction)

What if someone were a faithful christian giving everything he had for God and walks in God's spirit everyday. He/she has an accident and becomes brain damaged. It effects them in a way that they no longer believe in God, like amnesia or some other problem. They begin living the opposite lifestyle that they used to. What happens to them? What happens to that persons spirit which was born again when they accepted christ? Would it be fair for that person to be sent to Hell if they acted the way they did because of something being wrong with their brain?
Okay, what about people who haven't had an accident, but have some kind of chemical imbalance in their brain that keeps them from living right, or wanting to live right? How can they be held accountable for the way they live if it has to do with the chemicals in their brain?

About 15 years ago, (South Africa) the young generation, my daughter's age then, started to to what we call:- 'Urban Surfing'. The young guys would stand on the roof of a car, and balance on it, while another friend was driving
the car.

I saw a news item, reporting that the American kids are now doing it.

Unfortunately, a friend of my girls, decided to try it on a Restuarant train, that runs from Johannesburg to Pretoria and back. It was a bachelor party. He climbed out of the train window, onto the roof of the train, and hit one of the electric poles and wires, and thrown from the train. We knew the family, and it was the saddest funeral I have ever been too. One 'looking for a kick', always leads to more. Please warn you children and grandchildren?

CHRISTmas!!!!

It's Christmas with a capital "C" look that up on you tube you'll get it.

This elderly lady went to the doctor for a checkup. Everything checked out fine. The old lady pulled the doctor to the side and said, "Doctor, I haven't had sex for years now, and I was wondering how I can increase my husband's sex drive."
The doctor smiled and said, "Have you tried to give him Viagra?"

The lady frowned. "Doctor, I can't even get him to take aspirin when he has a headache," she claimed.

"Well," the doctor continued, "let me suggest something. Crush the Viagra into a powder. When you are giving him coffee, stir it into the coffee and serve it. He won't notice a thing."

The old lady was delighted. She left the doctor's office quickly.

Weeks later the old lady returned. She was frowning and the doctor asked her what was wrong. She shook her head.

"How did it go?" the doctor asked.

"Terribly, doctor, terribly."

"Did it not work?"

"Yes," the old lady said, "It worked. I did as you said and he got up and ripped his clothes off right then and there and we made mad love on the table. It was the best sex that I'd had in 25 years."

"Then what is the problem, ma'am?"

"Well," she said. "I can't ever show my face in McDonald's again."

You know, where everyone picks a name out of a hat and then has to bring a gift for that person, but no one knows who their Secret Santa is ....

The girl I picked, I don't know her very well. Scratch that and add "at all". My teacher said nothing over $10 would be necessary...

It seems like some Jews believe Israel was their chosen land and they have the right to take it from the Palestinians. Don't you think Jesus would want them to live in peace and share the land?

The name is not even close, totally different. First AND last name. But it's my address so it must be for me. But it's not my name so it must be wrong. The sender is a business I deal with so it could be mine, but then again it MAY not be, cuz the name is wrong. Or the name could be right, but it's just not MY name. But the address is mine, cuz it's correct. But it could be wrong because the name is right.... you get the point, Should I open it?

God not only forgives our sins, but imputes His righteousness to us – both men and women – elevating us much higher than the status of Adam and Eve in the garden, even to dwell within us, granting us eternal life, to be one with Him in Heaven.

And as it is written:
"There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for you are all one in Christ Jesus."
–Galatians 3:28
