My friend I am not an atheist, but forgive me I have to answer. My life is not wasted at all. I have tried it all, probably much more than you. Drugs, alcohol, you name it. But the life I lead now is so much better. I have a personal relationship with our God. Mine and yours. He loves us all. The more I try to follow and obey the better my life is. Tell me all the great things you give up? None will fulfill you like a Christian life. Is it perfect or pain free? No. No one escapes pain and suffering. God is real my friend. Read the words of Jesus and listen. It all makes since. When you start living the life you will feel his presence. I do not hope Heaven and Hell exist, I believe. If I were wrong, who have I hurt? If you are wrong, you have hurt yourself more than anyone. Try it. Christianity is real.

Great song too, I saw them play last year in Australia...
His voice is really haunting in that song.
