Gift cards are a cop-out,meaning you were too lazy to think about this. Candles are great, also a pretty pillow, bath or shower goodies, a stuffed animal, gloves, a picture in a frame, , Think of what you like and don't worry about her reaction. She will be pleased you put in the time and trouble,wouldn't you?

I got this idea from another answer. Ended up giving these to 8 of my friends as well as my boyfriend and they loved them. These are inexpensive, don't look like it and come in neat little packages.

I'd say a gift card for Target, Walmart, the movies, Blockbuster would work.
