Siempre bella (always beautiful)
Because in Spanish the literal translation would be:
Permanece bella / hermosa / bonita
Quédate bella / hermosa / bonita
Stay: permanecer, quedarse

quedarse is to stay so you want to write it as a command. For someone you know really well you just conjugate it as the third person. I am guessing this going to be for a girl or women so you should say, "se queda bonita"
