What is your oppinion on this? Mall Santa's are no longer allowed to say "ho ho ho" because a group of women said it was offensive.

we got our first christmas tree, a douglas fur. since it is our first, i wanted to make an ornament out of the bottom slice to commemorate the occasion.

would it be ok to just let it dry and then mark on it? how long would it take to dry? its maybe a half an inch think. would it be wise to put some kind of wood finish on it? i kind of like it the way it is without the finish, but i want it to last. i'm just afraid of it rotting, attracting bugs or falling apart.

Ok, I've been a bad little boy. Stolen, swore, pleasured myself, insulted, hit, and so on. Been sent to the mental hospital for psychotic episodes (things got stressful or isolation). Sometimes I look at gymnastics, swimming, and water polo (girl's and women). Now, good deeds: gave money to a hospital, YMCA, bums, people who needed it (just asked randomly), presents at Christmas, bought ice cream, help out a girl who has different problems, converting to vegetarianism (won't even eat eggs), praying twice a day (Our father and Hail Mary 14x). What else: I love my mother, argue with my father at times (but in the nicest way). What else: I smile, I don't always think positively, but I do my best. I will avoid killing an animal if it is nessessary (might step on an ant and not know it). I went to a gurdwara and gave money and food for their langar, went to a Hindu temple and gave food there. My life hasn't been all bad nor all good, but I would like to meet the Lord when it's time. Can I?

A LOT ! First off...Gay men are sexually female, meaning they have sex with other men and It is just a BAD idea to have to have men and "women" in the same shower at the same time. It also DISCRIMINATES against straight men like myself because I am not allowed to have MY sexual partner in my squad bay,but a Gay man CAN have his sexual partner there.Third,I am a US MARINE and I can tell you from experience,it is just plain DESTRUCTIVE to the moral of an outfit to have openly gay men around the rest of us in day-to-day operations.I am a Christian,so That automatically makes me the "enemy" to the majority of homosexuals, and I simply CAN NOT trust a homosexual who hates me because I believe the word of God to 'watch my back' in a combat situation. To expect anyone to is just not rational.

An American is likely to be some sort of Christian whereas an Egyptian is likely to practice Islam.

This is undeniable, so how can people take their beliefs as true and somehow better than others?

I was just wondering. I have a Jewish friend who joins us for Secret Santa and Christmas parties all the time and I was just wondering if atheists celebrate Christmas too. Obviously not the religious part of it, but the other stuff, like Santa and decorating your house. That has nothing to do with the religous part.

(1) What couple were stricken dead for lying to God?
(2) What lie did Abraham order his wife Sarai to tell?
(3) Who got a vineyard for her husband by means of a lie?
(4) Who did Jesus call 'a liar and the father of it'?

Try to do this by memory, but if you need to, you can check: Acts 5:1 - Genesis 12:11 - 1 Kings 21:7 - John 8:44

would that make me an anti-Catholic?

2. If not, what would I have to do to accurately be labeled "anti-Catholic"?

3. Does my motivation have any bearing? In other words, if I do it out of love, does it make me less anti-Catholic or more? How about if I do it as a missionary to help Catholics find the truth?

4. If Catholics were to read my article, would they be right to tell me to "grow up", and stop fighting the truth, or that I would answer to Mary for the article?

If we want to defend the authoritative claims and miraculous deeds of Jesus when talking with a skeptic, how should we proceed?

Im a teenager and consider myself to be an agnostic. I have nothing against atheists, im just interested, I understand you accept there to be no after life or 'heaven', but does/has the thought of when you die and there being nothing, just not existing anymore, ever scare you? (or scared you as a child?). Im sure for some people if you were raised that way you would have been conditioned to accept that, but for me, the thought of not-existing, really freaks me out..

GOD!!!! True Christianity follows God and His Word,
if you trace back to where other beliefs and religions came from, they ALL came from some guy, with a NEW idea

Christianity has always been, maybe the name came l8r, but the beliefs have always been

So. My question is what or who do you follow. some guy? your church? yourself? or the one and TRUE living GOD?
