Sometimes its a good idea to share with someone you trust - vent your feelings. Sometimes just getting it out can help you with the next step toward finding a solution. Having a plan can lessen any worries - at times. Often others may have the knowledge you need. What is worrying going to do about the situation except cause you anxiety that is not needed nor does the Lord desire this for you. "Cast all your anxiety on him because He cares for you". His plan for you is peace that passes all understanding. Painful situations are often the ground for learning. Its always hard when dealing with these situations. Through these situations can come transformation and growth, if done in a positive manner. With Gods guidance, direction and discipline - we may have the eyes of our hearts enlightened and may learn new ways to deal with the past. Running away from situations may be natural. It does nothing but prolong the agony, the problems are always waiting to be dealt with. There is nothing hidden from God, he sees everything and knows everything, let the light shine in the darkness. Suggest reading verses below - pray : )

Quickest and Easiest is taking sedative pills, they can kill your anxiety quickly.

Nothing natural can let go of worrying and painful situations quickly....Vacations and changing the environment in which you live can help.

take a sleeping pill and go to sleep, it'll give you a good rest for the whole night, that should be the quickest way. still, you could relate the problem to someone, that'll make the problem bearable and in time, heal itself.

Give it to God. Put all of you faith and trust into the fact that our Lord Jesus Christ will not abandon you, HE knows how to help you and HE knows why your are going through these trials and tribulations. REMEMBER, once you give it to God DO NOT take it back. Stop worrying about it and trust that HE will take care of you. If you're going through hell right now, keep going! Don't stop and mull it over, move forward! Let God carry you through. God bless you.

I've wondered about this myself. I don't have a solution, but one thing that helps me is to acknowledge that everyone, including myself, makes mistakes. Some things are just out of our hands, and the time we spend worrying about things we can't change only hurts us more.

To realize what your limitations are to affect such situations. If you can change them, do so. If you can't, accept them, learn the lesson and move forward.

Turn it all over to God in prayer and believe he will intercede for you if it is in your best interest and will glorify him.

Through him that is in me all things are possible because he that is within me is stronger than he that is without.

Deep you are right in one thing, it is all temporary, cause all bleeding stops eventually.

Drugs, alcohol or suicide.

They are not the BEST ways, but they are fast and easy.

However, fast and easy are a copout. Change takes time and effort.
