Which is the more Natural State?

I was made by sperm and egg cells. Two different people. They were made by two different people and so on until it reaches God (if he exists). But surely just because he may have started off the chain, doesn't mean he made me.

I can make a sandcastle, does that mean God made it since he started off the chain?

Conclusion; My parents made me, God didn't, that would be silly ;)

What do you call people that Hate. deny GOD, loathe religion?

And with this live and let live attitude why should a person give a rat's patoon about what anyone does if it does not concern them personally?

If people want to have sex with multiple partners, use illegal drugs why should a society that spouts *live and let live* care if those people come down with a veneral disease, have a unwanted pregnancy or end up with HIV from a dirty needle? what if society says *Well since I was told to *Shut Up* regarding what I think is moral and will protect people from harm, now don't come running to me now when you are in trouble...

Which way do you want it? Should we have to pay for a society that does not want to hear what we have to say about right and wrong yet when society goes arraye you ask us to pay for it???

The Devil is calling upon it's calvary to amass and gather. He is leading his team of kings, dictators, and rulers of other nations in his global assertions.
Christianity is the enemy and America is it's protector. Israel, America, Etheopia, and other Christian nations will be at war. This war is the Last War and it is fortold in the Holy Bible in which God's people will become few. God's people will be forced into false religions and forced to live Satan's law. Nations are binding together now against the peace process going on in Maryland (Yahoo News) and uniting against the Christian Nations. I forsee America and the world will fail.
Islam will be the official religion of this world. Christians will be forced to either convert or recieve death and redicule. The innocent Islamic people will be slain by demon bombers and evil leaders. These leaders will fool their friends, their enimies, and achieve their goal as long as nothing is being done to prevent it. You think?

Did you hear about the teacher who was helping one of her kindergarden students put on his cowboy boots? He asked for help and she could see why. Even with her pulling and him pushing, the little boots still wouldn't go on. By the time she got the 2nd boot on she had worked up quite a sweat.
She almost cried when the little boy said they were on the wrong feet. She looked and sure enough they were on the wrong feet.It wasn't any easier pulling them off than putting them on either. She managed to keep her cool as they worked to get the boots back on the right. He then announced,"These aren't my boots."
She bit her tongue rather than get in his face and scream, "Why didn't you say so?", like she wanted too. Once again she struggled to help him pull the ill fitting boots off. No sooner had they gotten the boots off when he said. "they're my brothers boots. My Mom made me wear em."
Now she didn't know if she should laugh or cry but she mustered up what grace and courage she had

I have three stubborn Old Testament bible verses that raise the question,
How can Jesus have been begotten of the Father BEFORE all worlds, begotten, not made, being of ONE substance with the Father by whom all things were made?
This means that when God of the OT was saying these things, Jesus, was right beside him.
1Sa 15:29 He who is the Glory of Israel does not lie or change his mind; FOR HE IS NOT A MAN, that he should change his mind.”

Hsa 11:9 I will not carry out my fierce anger,
nor will I turn and devastate Ephraim.
For I am God, AND NOT MAN
the Holy One among you.
I will not come in wrath.

Num 23:19 God is NOT A MAN, that he should lie,
nor a son of man, that he should change his mind.

Don’t tell me Jesus was part man-part God and in these passages God was just talking about the part of trinity that was God. This would be called a demigod.

Do you Christians see how much of your REASONING you have to SHUT OFF to believe with your whole heart/soul/MIND?

My best friend for 7 years is avoiding me and I really miss her, she joined the church 10 months ago and studies Bible every monday night. She no longer wants to talk to her old friends anymore because it reminds her of 'sinner' life, she also carries alot of guilt of what her past 'sin' e.g flirt with guys, go to nightclubs. I tried to let her go but i really miss her, we chat over the phone 2 nights ago, she kept telling me how stupid she was living in a sinner's life and how loving God must forgave her etc... i coudln't let her go because our deep friendship but she seems to be pretty easy to forget me. what should i do? should i pretend to be interested in christianity just to get her stay as a friend? (i am a strong atheist but i have no problem hiding it)

I am an English teacher from England, teaching in Saudi Arabia. I have noticed that the Americans have very bad grammar.

For example they will say : 'did you eat'? when you should say 'have you eaten'? (because the time is unspecified). Since all Americans seem to make this mistake (using the past simple instead of the present perfect tense) should I just accept that they are speaking American (not English) and not correct them?

because your friends go there, because the priest is good, or you have a club or group or meeting there you enjoy going to after church?

Silly to say so many base going to church for some reason, but honestly, I will go into any Catholic church just because God is there and he welcomes all, anytime, any hour not based on who does what, or if there's a great sinner.
I have to look at myself and my relationship with God.

Passages quoted from KJV on E-sword:
Rom 9:24 Even us, whom he hath called, not of the Jews only, but also of the Gentiles?
Rom 9:25 As he saith also in Osee, I will call them my people, which were not my people; and her beloved, which was not beloved.
Rom 9:26 And it shall come to pass, [that] in the place where it was said unto them, Ye [are] not my people; there shall they be called the children of the living God.

When one flips over to Hosea we find this:
Hos 1:10 Yet the number of the children of Israel shall be as the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured nor numbered; and it shall come to pass, [that] in the place where it was said unto them, Ye [are] not my people, [there] it shall be said unto them, [Ye are] the sons of the living God.

Explain who these 'gentiles' are actually according to Hosea and why Paul excludes all others in Romans 9 from the covenants, adoption, and promises?

Why must we have this debate about whether (or not) we evolved from a bunch of dim-witted monkies? The Bible CLEARLY states that we was created by Gawd, so can't we focus on something else that's more important like coming up with a cure for homosexuality?

I know that most normal Muslims think it is wrong to punish that teacher because she made an innocent mistake..

But people still say it is sinful to call a teddy bear Mohammed because it is name of the prophet (pbuh)

But I DON'T UNDERSTAND WHY this is wrong!!!

We call boys all the time Mohammed and it is a common surname. And people use for a business name too (sometimes on shops where they sell things that are not too good like a newsagent that sells porno, booze an' lottery tickets)

So why is it just wrong to call a Teddy bear Mohammed? When I was little I had a Stuffed rabbit called Mohammed because I liked that name, my parents didn't tell me there was something wrong with it.

Can anyone explain what is unislamic. I don't want to make sin

any of us? whether we be christian, muslim, pagan, or atheist? every now and then i get some quack who gives me a quote from the bible saying how none of us are good, that we are all inherently evil, and that is why we must accept jesus as our savior. these are the same people who call abortion murder. so my question really breaks down to this. if we are all inherently evil, what wrong are we doing in killing anyone? abortion ensures that the fetus will not sin, hence a free ticket to heaven? the baby was going to eventually die any way. why submit it to a life of torture if all it has to look forward to is a realization that it is evil, and thus must make a choice whether or not to go to heaven. if we are all born with original sin, then if we are not born, we don't have the stain of original sin and thus we get to heaven. if someone told me they were taking 80 yrs. off my life so that i would spend all of eternity in heaven, i'd gladly make the choice to die. who wouldn't?

A fiftyish woman was at home happily jumping on her bed and squealing with delight.

Her husband watches her for a while and asks, "Do you have any idea how ridiculous you look? What's the matter with you?"

The woman continues to bounce on the bed and says, "I don't care. I just came from having a mammogram and the doctor says I have the breasts of an 18 year-old."

The husband said, "What did he say about your 56 year old *ss?"

"Your name never came up," she replied

My mother raised me to love God. She instilled Christian morals; but we rarely went to church. I feel that I am close to God, I speak to him, I try not to sin. The problem is, my husband and I have attended several different churches and can not find one that we feel connected to. I feel that a church should be a place where you feel that you will not be judged by others, where it should not matter whether you are wealthy or poor, and most importantly not to use it as a tool to redeem yourself because of guilt over a habit you won't change about yourself. I had a friend who would go out Sat. nights and get drunk and dance on the tables (which I am not against having fun) then the next day go to church hung over and then one day talk about someone else who is not a good Christian because they don't go to church. I just find it hard to sit in prayer with a bunch of hypocrits. I apologize to those who sit quietly and do right and attend weekly, but does anyone else feel this?

This passage is using Exodus 19 as a reference which is speaking to Israylites, as most any referencing bible will show you. A)) Why do people think this is not dealing with racial genetics when the word translated here as 'race' is the greek word "genos", the very source of our english word 'genetics' and 'genes'? It is used 21 times in the Greek text.
B)) Explain Romans 9:3-5 as it relates to this racial, genetic issue in as much detail as you can.
QUOTED from KJV on E-sword:
Rom 9:3 For I could wish that myself were accursed from Christ for my brethren, my kinsmen according to the flesh:
Rom 9:4 Who are Israelites; to whom [pertaineth] the adoption, and the glory, and the covenants, and the giving of the law, and the service [of God], and the promises;
Rom 9:5 Whose [are] the fathers, and of whom as concerning the flesh Christ [came], who is over all, God blessed for ever. Amen.
