And then I had a couple beers and danced with a few guys. On my way out to go home, I was attacked and raped. Would it be my own fault?

Please explain your rationale for your answer particularly as it pertains to religion.

I'm a 15year old M2F transgender living as boy. I'm straight as a boy so if I ever get to be the girl I desire to be I'll be a lesbian which I'd much rather be because that's just who I am and I prefer being thought of and being treat like one of the girls and I have aload of great friends including my exgirlfriend who's my my bestfriend and who treat me like the girl I really am. Now my exgirlfriend despite only being 12 going on 13 knows this and is really understanding and has always treat me like and thought of me as one of the girls ever since we first met(by the way she is straight) and when we were going out I was more like one of her girlfriends rather then her boyfriend and I still am and she seemed to be the one who took the dominant role in the relationship and stuck up for me and everything and I liked this because it made me feel safe and secure and she still does the exact same thing for me and I love her for how understanding she is.
Is it natural that I like my...

I was listening to the Michael Baisden show a few days ago one afternoon, and his daughter is dating someone not of her race. He doesn't have an issue with the interracial relationship, but UNLESS she had preferred to date someone not of her race.

He was saying it is one thing to choose, but if you prefer to date someone not of your race then something is not right.

So...

Do you agree? Disagree? Do you even understand what the heck he meant?

To be honest I'm not sure if either is necessarily a good thing, choosing vs. preferring. If you fall in love, then you fall in love...is there any room for choosing?

---

Ps. Please do not respond saying:

- There is no such thing as race
- I'm part of the human race
- Troll (LoL)
- This question has been asked numerous times. (LIES!)
- Who cares...

I mean I really want some answers here.

I think she is entering into a cult. I, and another girl, are now her only non-church friends. If we tell her anything about what her church really preaches, she says we are giving her doubts from Satan. Any time she questions her church herself, she is told SHE is of Satan. Me and her other friend have been trying to help us, but we're afraid she'll simply stop talking to us. She refuses to talk to anyone else not of the faith...She's not converted yet, but is being "baptized" next week. All their ceremonies are private, including marriage, to non-members. I can't imagine not being at my friend's wedding! Is there anything at all I can do for her?

As of lately, I have spoken to several women who grew up in the Mormon church. Many of them, were sexually assaulted as teens and young adults. By men that were members, family members, or just a random person.

When they went to their bishops, they all received the same treatment. They were denied being able to take the sacrament. They were told they were to repent for their "sin". The men received very little punishment, if any. They were told it was there own fault for attracting the man.

How is this right? How can you justify a religion that does such a thing? This not just one or two cases, this is SEVERAL.

As well, an 11 year old boy is told by his bishop that if he masturbates, he will become a homosexual, and will not be allowed into heaven.

I am going to my host mom house. I used to be her exchange student 5 years ago. We kept in touch. She is nice to me. However, I think I am outgrown. I have my own values. She have her own values. I don't think I feel the same way with her. Anyway, I go to her home anyway because she wants me to.

How about you?

I've read many posts saying what "Christians" believe and don't believe, most of them by protestants in an attempt to sayn that Catholic teachings are un-Christian. My questions is: How can less then 20% of ALL Christians have the nerve to say what Christians believe? Here are some simple facts:

The total number of Christians in the world is: 2.1 billion. This is how it breaks down:

1) Catholics: 1.3 billion
2) Eastern Orthodox: 0.4 billion
3) Protestansts (Baptists, Lutherans, etc. etc): 0.4 billion

In light of these statistics, how can a group that represents less than 20% percent of Christians say what Christians believe? And, more than that, among themselves they argue endlessly because that small group is divided into hundreds of "denominations" who all disagree on doctrines. Yet they claim that the Holy Spirit guides them when they read the Scriptures. The arrogance is stupifying. I really would like to hear someone try to answer this question.

I like guys in general 5% of the time. I also have an ex that hurt me very much and I want to hurt him by being with a guy. I feel like a girl wouldnt affect him...I feel like deep down, Im a lesbian but Ill never ever let myself, be me so I continue to live in this straight world. Even if I let myself be me, I wouldnt have any luck because its too hard finding other pretty girls that like girls.

Do you believe that life starts at conception? For those who are religious, when do you think a baby receives it's "soul"?

What about the 50%+ fertlized eggs that abort on their own?

If you believe life does start at conception, why do you count your age from the point of birth? Wouldn't that mean your life started at the point of birth?

Do you think you that eggs that are fertlized and are miscarried go to heaven? Hell? Anywhere?
