Hey,You're Egyptian and You don't know?(the avatar says it all,and the name)well it means...means..uh....oh...means..maybe...and you?

I think ntiya in Egyptian arabic means Female,right? but then it's gonna be and female,doesn't make sense

It seem to be Thai language but incomplete.
W..ntiya should have some vowel after W may be Wantiya or Wintiya. It's proper name , female.

it could be an expression in some dialect to mean "wa anti"= and you (fem. singular)
