There are a number of Dark Powers mentioned in Revelation. A Beast usually refers to a power, (individual or organization), on a lower dimensional level. One Beast is probably a conglomeration of Trade Unions like NAFTA, and others , which will be taken over.
One beast from the Pit is the Antichrist. Another, the False Prophet. There will also be a "star", symbolic of a higher being, that is evil called Wormwood. And of course the Devil, or personifcation of Evil, is always described as a Dragon.
