Do animals show more affections to one mate than another when having sex?

I would also like to know if animals ever show any concern about the sexual satisfaction of their partners.

Yes.

Some animals are monogamous, which includes some of them pairing off with a monogamous same sex partner (such as penguins and red billed black swan) and some male animals (such as bighorn sheep)will lick and nuzzle the female or male they wish to mount to get them to display lordosis behavior.
