So god lied in order to make us not eat from it.

Christians claim that we have become mortal (by soul or flesh) and need to be redeemed by the blood of JC.

But they're wrong....in the story, it is meant to be a lie .

This fact can bring down Christianity on its own.....

Do they get points or earn money for doing it? I can't figure out why they do this when they are about as welcome as a kidney stone. It's almost like the Moonies from several years back, they were forced to sell flowers on street corners. Are they all brainwashed cult people?

I know you don't believe in God, but just say that tomorrow REALLY WAS the end of the world, and you were having these thoughts coming to your head about what the Bible was saying. (When you have to chose God or satan, and if you chose satan you dont have to suffer on earth. but if you chose God, you have to suffer BUT you will go to Heaven after all that...that is catholic, christians, etc believe.) What would you do? Try to recieve Christ..or what?? plz be discriptive. Im trying to do a mini project.

If that's true, then why is it that under Islamic law, a woman's testimony is only worth half of a man's in court? And why is it that a woman's inheritance is only half that of a man's? How can Islam be fair to women when in the Western world a woman's testimony is equal to a man's in court and a woman inheritance is equal to a man's?

Does that just mean these rules are in context to the 600's when Islam was founded? In the 600's women in Europe could not inherit anything and their word meant nothing?

and all other ways lead to hell, wouldn't that mean that heaven is at the center of hell? consider a road connecting heaven and hell. one way goes to heaven. the other way goes to hell. but what happens if i walk off the road and start walking in a path which intersects the road connecting heaven to hell. since there is only one way to heaven and i'm obviously not walking on it, and the only other alternative is hell, then i must be going towards hell. even if i'm walking in the direction of heaven i'm still going to hell. consider heaven to be a room with only one door, i.e. jesus. wouldn't that mean that everything that is not inside that room is hell? and thus that would mean heaven is at the center of hell.

I'm very tired of hearing that "Atheism" is the default religion, and that all children are "born" atheist. They're not. They're born without any knowledge on the subject whatsoever, and as such, they are born agnostic. This is very simple logic, and should be easy to follow. If someone can throw a monkey-wrench through it, I invite you to. If not, I hope you'll adopt my position on this matter.
It makes us look uneducated to assume that everyone is born "Atheist" I myself am an Atheist, and I know full well that I was not born that way. I was born without any knowledge of religion or God at all, and thus the very definition of "Agnostic" "Not Knowing"

I know that we used to warm up every day by sight singing out of a hymnal. We use to sing songs like hte cannon of praise and such, plus you have christmas and easter concerts. It kinda goes with the whole pledge of allegiance thing, and one nation under god, I don't know how to feel about this, what do you guys think?

well got there and wouldn't you know it my Doctor called in sick.......so I waited to see if they could squeeze me in some where else, after a wait.....they said I would have to reschedule......I will try for a day in December....

It is about an hour and half drive one way.....could be worse...
