well it depends how often you sit down and learn them. i dont know about the bottom three but i learn spanish and ive done french in the past and its pretty hard actually. i speak german way better than any other language but iv been doing that for two full years and a bit and im no were near fluents. i guess to learn the full language and be able to speak it fluently i would say if you practiced it about 3 times a week about 3 years (just for one language).
good luck!

Conversational fluent, no more than a year, assuming you're living in the country whose language you want to learn. Professional fluent, two years. If you take a crash course in a language school you can cut those times in half.

That varies upon your intelligence, commitment, how rigourously you practice, and how often you will utilize the language.
Presuming you continue living in the US, study for one hour a day, and (when you're able) apply your skills by reading in the language--I'd estimate one to two years for colloquial fluency.
PS- Do NOT try to learn two languages at once.

not really shure it depends on how fast the person pics it up i have taken Spanish for 2 years in a half and can speak and write but not fluently or that good. it really depends on the person i know someone who learned to speak Germain in about 3 to 4 years but that is because he speaks fluently and lives there now.

It depends on how much you practice them. If you live in the country where the language is spoken, you should be able to learn it within a year.

English is a second language for me. It took me about 1 year to read, write and speak in English. And I'm telling you .. it was hard. Study everyday and you'll get it.

if you want to talk it like your first language , then at least two years. You could finish all the grammar and everything in a year but you have to practice after that and it takes another year to totally get used to it.

Depends... it depends on your age, how much you practice them, if you live in those countries, if you are motivated in some way to learn the language, etc.
