For Muslims the Question is
Should we follow the Spirit of
Quran and Hadiz with our Consious

or should we follow the Majority Public and what ever the Leaders say blindly without applying any thought ?

For Christians ...
What the Spirit of Bible says with our conscious
or the Hundreds of
version in English that keep pouring in ?

For Hindus ...
Should we follow ...
the culture of Exposing , Dancing , Costly Marriages , costly functions , show off , Drinks daily evening , cigerettes daily, gambling ....

or should we follow
the Spiritual directions and our conscious ?

For all -the Question is
If Every one ...Unknowingly are going in wrong or dangerous direction
and if we know the right direction to certain extent

Is it OK - Defy all ....and proceed where our Heart and SOUL takes us to ....
Even if it means Public ...
Humiliation ...and Criticism

and name calling like MAD ...OUT OF MIND

Should we follow our Concious or
The Majority ...
Ur view?

Taking a biblical view that the soul essentially sleeps untill ressurection/judgement day, then how do ghosts fit in?

I think in MOST of the cases people have 'sighted' ghosts it is usually down to either a trick of the light, wind, eyes and mind playing tricks and overactive imaginations.

In the few cases where people DO genuinely see SOMETHING I think that it is due to demonic activity, trying to decieve people that the Bible's version of the afterlife is untrue. They can easliy impersonate loved ones etc. I think for aliens too they are just demons trying to play with peoples minds.

There is also the possibility that since we dont know everything about the different dimensions, ghosts could just be people on a parallel plane who have somehow got mixed into this one. E.g. right now you could be appearing as a ghost to someone in a different dimension.

What do you think.

Many believe that if they do their best here on earth and are ‘sincere’, God will recognize their effort, overlook their weaknesses and "grade on the curve." This belief, however, shows a misunderstanding of God’s infinite righteousness and perfection.

The Bible says, "For all have sinned and fall short of the glory of God."(Romans 3:23) Not a single one of us could honestly say that we have never knowingly done anything wrong. The apostle James tells us, "For whoever keeps the whole law, (God’s absolute standards) and yet stumbles in one point, he has become guilty of all."(James 2:10)

I heard this from a few older people, and they said the bible states if a women (Hilliary) becomes president, the end of the world is here. I don't know if president or leader is the term used, but does anyone else know anything about this. If so, can you point out where it states that, or give me a link on the internet so I can read for myself. Thank you in advance!

I think this custom is inconvenient and outdated. It seems lately they keep adding more and more days to Daylight Time. Why don't we just choose that and stay on it?

For example, one of my former bosses mentioned that she and a group of friends were in the middle of nowhere and got chased away from an abandoned house by a black oily cloud mass that she swears would have consumed them into whatever it was if they had gotten anywhere closer to it. Another acquaintance mentioned she had a similar experience while visiting a graveyard and on another occasion was scared out of her own bed by something trying to reach through under the mattress..

I haven't experienced anything like this myself but I'm open to the possibility that they exist somewhere.

" We know how to make you a Muslim'"

: Baptist, bookseller, murder in Islam Gaza

Rows of plastic chairs where the grieving family receives condolences, a few dozen colorful plastic flower wreaths leaning against the wall at the entrance to the building, and a pale, clean-shaven young man in glasses, cautiously smiling from the martyr posters that cover the walls. But the usual image of Al-Aqsa mosque is missing from the picture, and the handwritten notes on the wreaths have quotations from the Bible, not the Koran. The victim belonged to Gaza's Christian community and the Christian world are silent.

Inbreeding is not my thing, but I have always found it peculiar that incest is such a hot-button issue in the Bible. Once again, I DO NOT do the incest thing. It is just that Adam and Eve were created, and then they brought Cain and Able into the world. What happened next? There had to be some intercourse happening, so a brother and a sister had to hookup somewhere, right? Does this not discredit the Bible in anyway, shape, or form?

Doesn't this call into question any other action that is labeled a 'Sin'? I mean is a sin exclusively a wrong doing or just a scare tactic to discourage people from acting instinctively? One answerer said, "Fornication is a sin." Either they do not understand the term, or they think having children of your own is wrong.

Ok previously I asked a question about scripture regarding mary being born without sin (I will post later). I got an answer from a muslim (will not expose name). He showed me the message in the quran that shows where mary is born. Basicly the story is exactly the same as when an angel came to mary to tell her that she was about to have a child (Jesus). Ok so now basicly this guy said mary was born without sin, ok? So in order for Jesus to be born without sin mary needed to be born without sin, that is there theory on this I am not agreeing with it. So right there in there quran they are saying mary was born without sin. Why did this need to happen if Jesus was just a prophet, muslims? To me that is telling me that you believe Jesus came to pay for our sins. Your own "scripture" was just used to prove your faith to be wrong? How does it feel? If I am wrong in anyway, maybe not understanding, I will admit it.

About to post the things I am talking about...............................

The article on Latin Music:
http://www.watchtower.org/e/19980808/article_01.htm
Helped me be more careful when choosing the Spanish music I listen to.
I listen to "corridos" and "rancheras(norteñas)" and I honestly didn't really read the lyrics. After reading this article, I went back to all of my favorite songs..and a few did have inappropiate lyrics.
Anyone who listens to Latin music...did this help you the way it helped me?
What did you think of the article?
I remember a few weeks ago, a brother gave a talk about this topic.

It would appear that the Institute for Public Policy Research is trying to downrade Christmas by giving major festivals from other religions equal prominence. Aparently Christmas cards issued by MP's avoid any reference to the Christian festival. Birmingham City Council replaced Christmas with the celebration of 'Winterval'. Yet the 2001 Census showed that 72% of British citizens described themselves as Christian.

Are they too embarrased to openly defend their claim to be Christians? Are they so apathetic that they will allow the secularists to continue this stealthy and incremental corrosion of a major Christian festival? Does anyone care?

NOTE: I am all in favour of other faiths being allowed to celebrate their religious festivals. That is not the issue. It's the principle of secularism being allowed to dictate 'terms and conditions' to Christians that is the issue here.
