Practice a random act of kindness: open the door for someone, let someone in front of you at the grocery, let someone make a left turn in front of you, put in your neighbors garbage bins after they have been emptied, say good day to people who walk past, don't get upset at the check-out person who is angry or overwhelmed, do your partner's or another family member's chores with no expectation of anything in return...

listen more, speak less.
do more for the others, plan less.
less mirror, more exposure.
less shields, more touch.
no rush; meditate, pray.
you will start to see them and their needs.
I believe this is a way to get there.
