William is more charming.
But I prefer Harry to him because he seems much more of a down to earth normal person

Harry is cuter. William may be better at everything else - personality, etc. but he is not cute - the only reason people think he's cute is because he's the prince. He has his father's features and those features are just not attractive. However, I don't like Harry because he is a bad boy.......but he seems to be getting better now. But I'd still have to go with William being overall more charming.

William is probably the most charming but Harry is a bad boy & every gorl loves a bad boy.

William is the most charming. Harry is very handsome, but William has it all.... the looks, the personality, he's responsible, taller, older, more studious, and more understanding. That's just my opinion though.

William is more charming because of how genuine and nice he seems...Harry is appealing cos he plays the 'wild child' but is also quite sweet

William I think is more charming. He has the same charismatic features than the late Princes Di. He is also very fotogenic just like Di was.

William is pretty much as perfect as a human can be to me :) He's so hot and charming, and seems really down to earth. I really could imagine myself marrying him and living happily ever after with 2-4 kids.

Definitely Prince Harry of Wales, hes got more character than his older brother, Prince William of Wales who looks so dull.
