i really am not getting this why on earth would people do this??
atheists are just pride filled and they deceived by their own foolishness.

but wicca?? witches??

don't they know that they are working for satan?
don't they know that they will be damned just like him for following him?

what i don't understand is how people believe in supernatural powers but fail to understand that there is a GOD that created everything .

and witchcraft is working against GOD.

why do you choose darkness over light??

why do you choose witchcraft over the love and life JESUS has for you.

i don't understand why they do this??

you know it wasn't nails that kept JESUS on the cross it was the love he has for you . why would you turn your back on him??

can you even IMAGINE what the rest of our universe is like?
what goes beyond our galaxy? how was the SUN created, that big mass of fire a gas that warms the earth from miles and miles away?? if a speck of dust caused a chain of reactions to form our universe, the moon, the earth, and all the living creatures including us humans, where did the speck come from? how can it be just an accident for such an orderly form of life to exist? these questions make me think.

First of all this has nothing to do with me, I believe that anybody and everybody has a right to leave their work to pursue something else, I just want to know what everyone else thought.

Let's say an actress plays a worldwide favored character on a popular show. After three seasons she decides to call it quits and time to move on which causes the death of the character(which her character has a child and a man in love with her).

Does she have the right to move on when she felt to? Even if it's another career? Or should she only move on when it's about family? Or is she just plain selfish?

I'm a believer, and I want to know where do these rules some other christians make up come from, you can not drink, smoke cigars, dance and such? (I like to drink a nice cold beer every now and then, and smoke a smooth cigar, even dance and enjoy some nice music) Where does it speak out against nightclubs where people like to have fun and mingle? Where is the sin? Jesus drank wine and attended weddings and heard one of the first miracles was to make some "hooch". And bars, I like to go to this certain bar in the morning and just sit down and relax after a hard works day and enjoy a nice cold beer or two and watch the news, what's wrong with that? Somebody can help me out with these questions (and not in some flaming judgemental way) thank you.

Do you know that if you haven't accepted the Mighty Emperor Penguin as your lord and savior, he will, upon your death, banish you to a dark, horrible place deep inside Earth that is populated with angry leopard seals, and from which there is NO escape? I have a very questioning friend. We often get into talks about Christianity and his questions confuse me so much. I can never come up with a good answer or a solid answer and I was wondering if you could help. Please don't give Sunday school answers...really think about it.

1)What proof is there that God really exists? Like he believes that there has to be some sort of higher being, but what proof is there that the God of Christianity IS the true God. I mean, Allah could have made the universe right?

2) Lets say there is a sixty year old millionare who has 2 or 3 grown children, a large house, no debt, etc. He has everything settled, no more children to raise, his is retired from his job, and a wife that he is divorced from. What reason is there that he should keep living? It would only benefit his children if he died and he has nothing else to live for? WHy should he live?

I feel really bad though. I of course am NOT going to be a brat about it. Anyways I'm 24 weeks pregnant with twins.(Boy and girl) I am of course a teen mom(14) so it's hard enough as it is. Anyways a lot of the baby gifts where religious. Blankets with crosses/jesus and baby picture on them or something. They fully know that I'm a witch. Yet they are making every effort to convert me. Even sending me bible verses through e mail. I've been really kind and calm about this but it's started to get offensive. What should I do?

Sometimes, when the temperature is 120 degrees in Surprise, I have some not so nice things to say about Arizona. The world here is 50% blue. Not very many trees and most of the houses are one story. The mountains are only about 2000 feet high and the cacti are sparse. So, when I look up, the world is blue. When I look down, it is a tannish brown. Well, this week, my wife and I went to Nevada City, California, and the mountains were RIGHT THERE. The trees were orange,red and green, and very tall, some of the pines were 150 feet tall. The mist in the mountains was right in my face and it was cold. It rained the whole week. Now, I love rain. And I love trees. And I love the misty mountains. But, when I looked up, it was mostly green because of all the trees. And when I looked down, it was dark brown and red and orange with all the leaves on the ground. When I got back to Arizona, I really thanked MY lucky stars that I live in a world that is 50% blue. Do you feel that way about your home?
